I wonder if there's a path to let Chris get Kelly, then play the same Article 27 card. Imagine what MC might do to Chris, depending on their past circumstances!

It's up to the player how they wish to play the game. I just make a little world for you to run around in
Although it is a heavily plotted game, it is designed - in all seriousness - for you to be able to turn a blind eye to most of it and just have fun. Of course, in my opinion, it's a much deeper game (and has more content) if you do go plot heavy. But! Player choice!
I've found on my two main walkthroughs (normal and arsehole) most of the end of chapter "you found or you did with someone" stuff
I do have a list of questions/theories about a lot of stuff that I haven't asked about yet

Becca's little summary is there to give you a "Were you aware this existed?" sort of nudge more than anything else. What I'm after is, for example something more like:
- The Vanguard is out of action.
- The power problems
- Kelly behaving oddly
- etc etc

I've spotted enough, is my answer. Or maybe not. Point is, it won't feel unfair no matter what happens. If I'm missing something it's my fault and not something you would need to correct.
Likewise, if I see something that doesn't exist, that's my choice.

Obviously we're not going to have any of that "Burning building. Choose now!" sorta thing but some of you, I suspect, will at some point end up staring at your screen before popping in here and going "You utter cow!". Which is cool
