You are absolutely right of course: age does not always guarantee quality or enjoyment. Some whiskies are way better after 3 years than many others that are kept in casks for decades...
In the end, I guess it all comes down to individual tastes. Find what you like and enjoy it. ;)

We should do a "guess the girl".

I like my coffee how I like my women:
  1. coarse and susceptible to destroy my anus.
  2. sweet and full of honey.
  3. mature and without wiff-waff.
  4. long, black and steaming hot.
  5. bland and more likely to activate switches when this is clearly neither the time nor the place, Mike. You asshole!
  6. short with no filter.
  7. strong with a bit of ice.
  8. black, mild and mixed up with aspirin.
That's all for now, but I can't wait to try my coffee with some ginger ale :D
