Just, I'd rather you don't overdo it with plost twists. I'm really more interested in the characters and their relationships than the "big deal story".*chuckles at the thought that they think there might be just one twist...*

I would not worry to much, any drama with Notty will likely be well written and fit the story instead of the other way around. First three chapters show that she will want you to have time with the ladies as well to form relations, without having to polish anything or show yourself off in the shower.

Hey stop dissing Kelly you god damn heathens. When you from a military family in a oppressive elitist regime incest becomes trivial beside genocide and mass murdering protesters. Besides she probably more dangerous to piss of than Chris, there is no way she let temper get better of her and no way she would stop and have a chat to MC after a single throw. She has Chris just where she wants her.
EDIT also as a comms specialist there is no way she not know a lot more about Chris than MC including stuff that did not make the official records. Chris does seem to have a history of making noisy waves.

I doubt she has acess to files from people of a superior clearance level than her.
Anyway if there is a chance to help Kelly get back at Chris i sure would help my sister just to see what would happen.

What might be a twist for you guys is something I might see as a perfectly reasonable storyline given everything that is happening/could happen/character motivations.

Wasn't MC's PDA made public at the end of 3?
While I know it's a meta thing, the files are mentioned during conversations... so Kelly has clearance, they all have, if I'm not mistaken

The clearance level will impact on how much you get to know about people. The MC will have greater access to Sarah and Kelly's files than the other way around for example. The only thing that got zapped about at the end of three tho was the MC's two order docs.
