Ah yes. This gets me in the mood to get Skyrim up and running again. Its just the lighting. You can never get it QUITE right... Gonna give this game a play. Seems pretty cool.

I have a lot of tricks for getting the light right in Skyrim using additional ReShade shaders that I normally leave off in most scenes. quint(marty mc fly) has a good arsenal of light and lightroom shaders, I also use some of Fubax and FX lighting shaders to tweak things in scenes and video's.

This is definitely LE. You can get way better looking Skyrim than this, as well as smoother animations, better sound sync, etc.

I enjoyed this, but in general the story is barely there, mostly as an excuse for porn scenes, the quality of the scenes is all over the place, there's some clipping, camera twitching, sound not matching to the animations. Definitely needs some work and polish.

At the same time I don't want to harp too much, I appreciate creators like yourself, hope you keep doing good work in the future.

i tried going full screen and the game closed itselft after that i cant even play the game get error like a previous poster mentioned

Just finished the game and wow, a lot of hot stuff for a first release.
There is the fullscreen bug, but I believe that it will be fixed on the next update
I do prefer Kinetics novels rather than Visual novels, I truly hate missing scenes because of choices.
hope you add an gallery on the next update, I know I can just play the game again, but i would rather not
Ps: Hoping to see the game with the "Male Champion" abnging all girls from all races and gathering his harem with all kind of monster girls

It's actually SE with ray tracing, customized Rudy ENB + ReShade... Only way I think you can get it to look better is running it in 4k, which i can't on my laptop.

SE doesn't fix clipping, I tried my best to not have it happen in scenes but it's really hard with vegetation etc.

Also smoother animations is a problem with my hardware, i'm rendering at locked 30fps because i can't maintain 60fps at this quality level so the problem with that is, to the human eye a smoother 30fps looks better than a struggling 60 fps, i'm not sure why but for reason 40-60 with 60 only happening occasionally in less intensive scenes just looks like pure stutter.

The big hit is ray tracing but the reason I prefer just going this route with fps loss is because still renders make up more of the game than animated scenes. So i have to pick my poison... Also I should post a difference, before and after of rudy enb obsidian by itself vs rudy enb with reshade and then rudy enb with reshade +ray tracing. The difference that ray tracing adds is not as easy to spot unless you see a before and after but man does it make scenes pop more than you realize.

While i'm currently working on the next release I will post this here and on my patreon for people to look and see.

In addition the story is barely there, no denying it and that's because this first release is mostly ground work like the explanation of Mantric magic and introduction to the world and characters in it. Next release is far more story driven and as far as quality of renders a big problem with them is the quality loss from compressing it. It was said before that I shouldn't have bothered as others will do it. Images were compressed from 3gigs down to 250megs so theres going to be loss in quality from that, animations were compressed from 6 gigs down to 1.5 another loss in visual quality but if I had released it in this manner the game would of been 9 gigs in size LOL.

Also right now I'm in the process of releasing a video and currently as far as the game goes I'm working a bunch of character models as well as a revamp for Kylara.

Her facial geometry is pissing me off. What I achieved with a lot of practice for Hildanas(she's the busty beauty on the left) and that's where I'm at now. I won't change the fundamental look of Kylara its more of a change that will be more noticeable in camera angles. She has a very triangular face in camera angles and I need to tone it out like I did with Hildanas and The Mother.

A side note, I will around to releasing my mod order and Hildanas as a follower mod. I just have so many things on the go right now.

hey i want to mention while im here that if you plan to make this more than 5 chapters with about the same size each i would highly suggest to split them into different posts and provide links in the original posts to the other chapters. this is mainly because some people dont have the space to hold the massive amount of space it will take up and there are probably alot of other reason like it taking years to download the bigger it gets etc. just a friendly reminder from a friendly Skyrim player

Should you really be included the music in the videos? If I want to disable music using renpy's options, it won't affect the videos. Shouldn't renpy be handling the music playback? I disabled the music and now all the sounds are gone.

Future releases will have most sound completely separated, not sure why i didn't think of it when I first started working on this.
