That's the DAZ resource for some of the island visuals, like the beach, the pier with the sun loungers, and the soon-to-be added beach bar location, but it is certainly not Holiday Island in its entirety, as there is obviously no place for a resort hotel with an outdoor pool, or for a small airport/airstrip that would accommodate a business jet. The banner picture of the island - which also appears in the intro segment of the game - looks a lot like Moorea in French Polynesia (Tahiti). In my mind's eye (and for the purposes of my fan fiction posts), I picture it as being an island smaller but similar to Moorea, and would guess that darkhound likely envisions something more or less like that.

I think I found a problem with Joy's appointments achievements.
If you get all of the Wishes and Desires quests before you get the Blue Blazer outfit appointment, you will never be able to get that achievement because Joy will always take the pill and have sex with you.
The way it happened for me was, I made the appointment with Joy when no girl on the island had a wish. Joy wore her blue blazer and had sex with me even though I hadn't finished all of the quests.
Maybe the solution is to only have Joy take the pill when all of her outfits have been seen.

I dont think its entirely built even at DH... No need for that and rendering would need insane resources.

Nah, darkhound1 pretty much stays on track and doesn't listen to the daily dreams and wishes of the resident crazies, I'm betting we have a new version within a couple of weeks, maybe sooner!You must be registered to see the links. I agree. I'm sure it's basically like a movie production, where the game scenes are like studio back lots and soundstages and movie sets, and everything that isn't 'on camera' is filled in by the players'/audiences' imagination. I'm also reasonably sure that darkhound1 has lots of backstory and other details worked out in his mind that will never see the light of day in the game/story. Every good storyteller knows details about their story that nobody else will ever see.

Looking forward to this update. A lot of work and output. Kudos to DH for continuing to improve this game.
With no new Delizia content I guess Bantry will be stuck "somewhere in the Pacific" drinking coffee and ingesting power bars trying to solve the mystery of so many women (rough life)
Since I installed the new updated game, it won't start anymore. The log says

Loading error handling took 0.27s
Loading script took 4.27s
And then nothing happens - the game just doesn't start.
And yeah, I tried a fresh install... same thing

I don't even have a save folder. Like I said I made a fresh install meaning I deleted everything, even my save files and extracted the whole thing again. Still not working.

Im having the same issue and it is not giving a traceback.txt file, it was earlier but I assume that was from just extracting the patch wrong.

It is very difficult to diagnose from many miles away without knowing exactly what was done and seeing exactly what is happening. It may be something like the persistent file; it may be a installation or update error. The Companion Guide gives detailed instructions on how to do both. Also reviewing and following the steps in these two posts may help.

Yeah idk man, I appreciate the help but I'm working from just doing a fresh reinstall of the game with no old files from previous versions and when I try and launch it nothing happens, I've tried it with/without the 301 patch or the companion mod and nothing launches and comes up in the folder about a traceback.txt just a normal log.txt
The Heather/Jessica scenes aren't working for me. I searched with 50 pages of results. Love/affection/favor/lust all maxed. Even sent Jessica off for a clothes change to skimpy (changed it back to bikini first) to wait 30 min before she showed up. Tried each several times to see if it was chance based. No dice. What in blue Hell is the actual trigger? Does the RNG just hate me, or am I doing/not doing something wrong.
