I mean yeah miHoYo invests in their game unlike Illusion who recycles the same game every time, makes it worse, overprices it then makes 5 more DLCS half the price of the original game which aren't really that impactful.
Sure you can be Illusion's fanboy but the way I see it they're just the hentai version of EA.
Hahahahahahah ... mihoyo, mihoyo?

HSR outside the combat system is exactly like GI and no, they dont ... because they dont need to, after all when you are making every month several dozen millions and nobody is outperforming you what is the point? Its like FGO that despite showing its age havent really changed it.

Illusion was around for a long, long time and I dont know when people started but the first game I knew of then was ... I think Des Blood way back when I read Something Awful, their first game with real customization was what? Artificial Girl 2 maybe? hell I really liked Sexy Beach that was pretty much a DOAX knockoff with no volleyball but instead massages and with girls from their game and if you want to talk about "recycles", Koikatsu and Honey Select (AI Girl too) origins are Artificial Girl 2 as see the amount of titles that are evolutionary to reach that point. Yes, features get added and dropped and there is a world of diference of Schootmate and Koikatsu.

And yes, if the games do well they do add-on disks that is pretty standard but not like COM2 that entirely build on selling small DLC packs, its strikes as odd for me when people go about their DLC as looking at that list there are only few titles with add-on discs since most of the times sales dont justify creating them that is, once again, pretty standard as Majikoi wasnt designed with the intent of having what? lets see ... the 5 character disks and the one expansion disk?

BTW what trigged me was mihoyo because fucking hell, they just market their games very well as they are just mediocre with a lot of shitty design (lets drop the skip button because everyone must read our terrible writting so they spend all their money to get our recycled ... sorry, "homage" character we keep using because mihoyoverse) ... Jesus ...

Sexy Beach that was pretty much a DOAX knockoff
I'm sure enough that sexy beach came out a lot before the first DOAX.
Also "battle raper" inspired soul calibur's clothing destruction mechanics.
Despite everything illusion was a lot more influential than people think.

People seem to forget how much a pain it was to install Illusion games before they switched to Unity. Having to install HF patches and waiting months for mods. Some of you should go back and play AG3 (if you can still find it) and see how much customization has changed since then.

I really do like the improved graphics, especially the more natural proportions. Koikatsu's weirdly long thighs always bothered a calf enjoyer like me, same for the weirdly cylindrical torsos.

Still, no Studio for the moment is one hell of thing.

As for some questions... Apologies if this was answered in a FAQ, but is there a Free-H mode? I saw that there's MMF threesomes, are they like KK Darkness where they're always rape or are they actually some good gangbangs for once?

so if i can customise however i like can i make a knight in here??
What do you understand with "knight"? There is no suit of armour clothing if that's what you mean. There barely is every-day clothing.

Yes, there is a free-h mode. The MMF positions seem quite gang-bang-y to me.

Honestly, it may be best to treat this as
Which is the worst parts as mods may be the only thing that could save the lack of clothing options.
Still mind boggling how they throw out asset-flip after asset-flip, and don't dare to even attempt any decent gameplay, outside of sex.

Do they even know that every game of theirs is compared to AA3? Like, for a reason?!

Honestly, it may be best to treat this as nothing more than a statement piece or a tech demo at best. They really improved their lighting and shading a lot since Koikatsu, their dialogue transitions are far less jarring and the animation/idling looks a lot better. But in the end, that's pretty much all they did. There's really nothing new to warrant a whole new release like this and I can only assume they did it because they had to get SOMETHING out after they reformed the company to avoid going under immediately. All that said, this game isn't released yet and we may be missing quite a lot of content they plan to actually include in the release version with a day 1 patch, dlc or something similar.

Yep, totally agree

I still have my own copies of AA, AA2 and AG3 in my old pc with windows7 and it was really troublesome to install the first time.
You needed the japanese applocale too because changing your PC settings to japanese it wasn't enough.
All these games have their own thread here with their latest patches...and if they have recent patches I'm far behind since I didn't do anything to them since 2014/2015.

I think he captured it well:

I can picture the meeting quite well:

>Ok, guys, I know we have no money, and only 2 bottles of lube left, but I have the perfect plan to turn this ship around! Have you guys seen how well HoneySelect sold?

>>Guy yells from the back: HoneySelect 3?! :O

>No. You have to thing bigger. The second best selling one was Koikatsu.

>>The second guy in the group: Koikatsu 2 (actually this time)?! :O

>NO! Think bigger! theatrically claps hands We merge them! We combine HoneySelect and Koikatsu into a whole new game!

One guy gasps, the other flat out faints in awe. This is how HoneyCome was born. An afternoon later it was announced, two weeks later shipped and failed to meet any expectations.

It did, damn ... but I doubt it since production cycles and DOAX(BV) is volleyball game as SB is, of course not but have many similarities in relation of basic concept that I guess its a bit older that both.

Well for me AA2 was by far their best game and from there on they only made worse and worse games. Sure they look better but what's the difference between watching the same thing on mid quality for 100 times compared to watching it on high quality after.

As for Genshin, I personally think it's a good game for what it's supposed to be. It's a nice and chill casual side game with a lot of content.

Also Illusion only made sandbox games after AA2 but added no gameplay. What kind of sane person would play these more than one day after they try it? I know it's not me at least.

Personally I'd rate games like ROBF and Goblin Walker higher than anything Illusion made after 2014 simply cause they're more fun and they have actual gameplay.

I'd kill for an modern day graphical version of AA2, but with all the same mod support. Koikatsu just isn't anywhere near there.

Does anyone have a loli card or know how to make one?
Set height to 0, head size around 50-60+. Then sculpt her body depending on your preference. Might not be perfect when compared to other cards, but it's the best that we can get yet.

Still not sure why you’re bringing up genshin when it’s not comparable at all. It makes zero sense to bring it up because they’re not even close to the same thing.
