did not download the game, but I can assume: you have old potato pc and author was poisoned by new trend - migrate on 7.4.x Renpy that need Cyberpunk_Ready_ Mining rigs (look at game folder, if you have two exe, it mean game used new engine (and sometimes antiviruses eat this exe's - it don't like way how builder embed icons in it) ) or something wrong with your saves or OS like bugged W10 20H2 update
you can try run game with Shift \ Shift+G and change render - if not helped you need new videocard (and maybe new pc) - it is a cartel conspiracy of hardware manufacturers and programmers

don't need cyberpunk ready gaming pc, as long as graphic card supports opengl (2.0 i think) then it's fine. av etc eat -32.exe which is meant for 32bit windows.
