There's an older MTL translation included in the game, but you shouldn't need to use it. Make sure you pick ENGLISH NEW and not ENGLISH OLD.

Well there are cheats since this is a side-scroller, not a choice decision making game (for the most part) but we're waiting for noxtek to update the version.

Those don't work for me either. There are a few more that I was able to find. The new scene after you beat wooza but were violated isn't working for me either. It seems if it has a loading screen it's not working. Keep getting stuck at Loading.

hey this is because you need to extract all the three separate full parts of the download and merge them into one folder, i got stuck on this too

I had the same issue, I deleted everything and extracted each zip to one folder, added the decensor dll (not necessary), and everything worked. adding the 2 parts that I didn't extract to my existing folder didn't work but deleting everything and reinstalling did work

I've been extracting the patch update into my existing build over and over again and I think only once have the saves been broken. So in short, yes that should be fine.
