Sandbox works when you have at least a good indication/hint at what to do. And know when you reach the point no more content until next update. Spending time looking for things that not there is what most frustrating.
Sandbox NEVER works for me :sneaky: To click on everything until you find something... :sneaky: Even if there were good hints, why just not make the next scene trigger automatically then ?
I think sandbox system in a porn game is just an bad way to lengthen the play time (you have to search for things/persons... and while doing so, your boner is killed :sneaky: ). There is NO reason to do sandbox imo.

1. Sandbox style games can be awesome.

2. Small time developers don't have the skill, experience and resources to make a sandbox style game work.

3. Suggestion go back to the VN style and finish this title, then seek someone with sandbox game experience and make a new sandbox game from ground up.

4. Thanks for your creation, I enjoyed the first part a lot.

Uh, there is a lot of other things in such games that far more annoying than sandbox... Repeat same scenes a million times to raise affection, or create corruption or what not. Minigames that doesn't make sense and a whole lot of other things. All used as time fillers to make a game look bigger.

Sandbox done good is better imho in deliver a gaming experience. If all you want to do is get railroaded from point a to b in a VN, by all means, but imho then we are not talking about games.

Not quite true. Issue is when a game get created over time and released in chunks. The sandbox start out very empty, but the closer you get to the final product, the better it become. We just suffer from the product format these games get released in.

I 100% agree :)

Sandbox done good is better imho in deliver a gaming experience. If all you want to do is get railroaded from point a to b in a VN, by all means, but imho then we are not talking about games.
Well in a good VN, there are "forks" so your decisions matters. So it can be from A to B / C / F / X. I like to load my saves and try different decisions and collect all the scenes:cool:

Also a major hard part with sandbox games is when there are major developments it is very hard for a small dev team to add the changes in all new enounters, so you do not get for example a hello scene with a girl you have been on three dates with. Fully agree though the product format of releases makes it very hard for a dev to have enough meaningfull content at start of a sandbox.

Thank you for your opinion, I think "Issue is when a game get created over time and released in chunks. The sandbox start out very empty" and not having the resources might be the same, no? :)

Not quite. Just because you don't have the "resources", means things goes slower. If you create a game in a VN format, or in a sandbox format, it doesn't really matter that much in regard of content. If the creator can produce only a limited number of scenes for every update, it doesn't really matter much what way the scenes get executed. Sandbox games offer the player a higher level of interaction vs VN format, where interaction is more limited.

I remember Milfy City being a sandbox and somehow that worked. Maybe because it was clear what you had to do next and you didn't have to spend an hour clicking on everything to hopefully progress the story? lol
it was from the start though and clearly designed as such...PT is imho the best usage of sandbox..its streamlined and "dead time" can be filled with constantly repeatable H-scenes...this on the other hand is a format shift midway through from a flowing content filled VN to an empty hurry up and wait sandbox...like the dev ran out of ideas..but needs to keep his patrons so is stretching it out with blank space so it seems longer than it truly is.

There were various hints at the plot development in the early scenes.

Aunt and the MC's mother fell out as I recall - reason not known.

The missing Uncle works in Asia and there is a suggestion that Aiko might be more than just a maid - her mother and she have a niceish apartment with apparently little money. Aunt suggests that it has been hard to keep the family together - probably hinting she stuck by him after he has cheated.

The Aunt has probably been involved in corruption at the University with her best mate Jessica.

I mentioned a few pages back that the last one sounded like it was going to be a major storyline, and then it just disappeared in a week's shutdown of the College and a couple of lines about hunting through the records.

A couple of people have mentioned the switch to sandbox from VN may be because the dev ran out of ideas for the story and it does seem that way.

I find it hard to believe the other theory about a couple of high roller patrons dictating to the developer - are there really people that crazy to prefer the game the way it is now.
The poolside action with Aunt and her friend and the maid is one of the best scenes I have seen, and enhanced what was a really fabulous VN and developing story.
Elizabeth was ok - she links with the doctor daughter, but the change of direction, the new bits like the workshop, and prozzies' alley is just lousy filler for no justifiable reason. The University campus was there for filling out the plot, along with exactly what Uncle had got up to.

So disappointing - what was on its way to being a classic is now diving to the 'Z' list.

estou com um problema que, depois que termina a cena do lago, e eles saem de casa para a clinica, ai logo depois o jogo termina, e fala que e o fim do episodio 3, não da a opção de mapa nem de continuar nada, pois acaba e volta do inicio, alguem pode me dar uma ajuda?

I don't know how far gone we are in the game yet. But some sandbox's games adult or not. Have like introductions that string you along before you get let lose in the open world. Also the dev could used "repeat" scenes/interactions with the different characters just to fill in the world a bit so it doesn't seem to empty. Now it's more they pop up if there is some new scene/event.

New from what I found (I think),

You can fondle the aunt and one of the girls at night.
Scene with trying out school uniform.
Borrow the car + visit the garage, and open up the "dark street"... some random fuck with a hooker possible.
Listening in on some convo with aunt/jessica about use Aiko to blackmail some dude.
Talking to some random girl in the school cantina.
Moniques doctor office is available, but the usual no time to talk.
Aunt got a different pose in the headmaster office (standing talking on the phone).

This game has potential but slow development and movement system killed it. Milfy city is not sandbox game. No grind and 9999 time repetitive events for making progress. Typical degenerative sb game is Big brother and Man of the house. Both are horrible and disgusting. :sick::sick: Almost all sb type game which i know is horrible. Except high rise climb - because has adequate grind system
