He has a slash through the "=/equal" sign. My guess is that it's similar to != in scripting. Meaning not equal to.
While it's "taken from" etc.. Its meaning is pretty much the same as cuckoldry.
But you know.. These things are gonna be around for 20 years more or so until someone sorts it out properly so there can be no room for misinterpretations.

Never heard the term "Cuckelod" before, but I'm going to assume they meant cuckolding. But yeah, cuckolding and netorare are two similar but distinctly different genres in porn. Cuckolding revolves around the husband, he's usually the protagonist and you spend more time reading about how turned on he is by his wife's infidelity (ie: this game). Netorare revolves around the other guy more than anything. To the point of being nothing but cock worship, as he always has to have a bigger dick and that's all they ever talk about. He's usually an asshole and the sex typically starts out non-consensual. Meanwhile, cheating (the best genre) revolves around the wife and her needs rather than wasting time telling you some dude's life story.
Anyway, on another note, what's up with the 'cracked' versions that keep popping up? Are people doing it out of spite? Because I know this dev definitely deserves it.
