For the first move you *need to move downwards, since she was programed to always have the initiative to fire. After that you need to charge at her while painting your base. Finally just kill her with lots of bombs and gunfire

i don't know how skill points work but for money typing direct values into cheat engine works

After beating the game I noticed there's an "Extra Boss" option that's crossed out. Can that be unlocked?
