If you're not enjoying the story and are just waiting for lewds you should quit for now. The story and lengthy dialogues are the main things in here so far. The art is fantastic too but the sex stuff has some work to do in catching up with exposition. The new devs want to get lewder but it will take some time after picking it up from the previous developer.
It's a great game, in my opinion, and definitely worth following, but it can leave some people with a sour taste in their mouths when they realise the sex isn't there yet after playing for such a long time.
How can I unlock fervor/manipulation ability? I have level 10 in anything, got the points, but the game doesn't allow me to buy it to do Luna´s tutoring.

We, Sad Crab team, would like to congratulate everyone with the upcoming New Year!
This past year hasn’t been an easy one, however it has been very productive. Much has changed in our team, and we hope it was for the better. Thank you for your continued support! In the upcoming year we will focus our work on bringing you the story of the Lord Rattlesnake, and we hope not to disappoint.
As for the present that we have been preparing for the New Years, it is almost ready! Even though with a slight delay... we plan to release the next version (0.5B) on or before the 10th of January.
As for what you will see in it:
A complete scene with one of the main heroines.
New mechanics (such as manipulation and dressing room), plot will move slightly forward and some of the older mechanics will receive a polishing touch (memories and journal). And, as always, many bugs will be fixed and we will add a bunch of new ones.
Now, the upcoming year promises to be a hot one. We plan to add more full fledged scenes with main heroines. On that topic we will have a poll at the end of these news. We also plan to add an option for clothes modification. We hope you wouldn’t mind if the uniforms of our girls will become a bit more... revealing. Finally, we plan to make a process of updating the game simpler for the player. If everything goes as planned, it should only take a couple of clicks in the future to install the update. These are just a few plans for the upcoming year! Who knows what future has in store...

I have never played this game before because I didn't see much sexual content in the tags. I want to try the game now but hear you have to grind. I can grind especially if it is my first time playing a game but is the content worth the grind now and are there at least some teases to keep me interested? I like the art from what I have seen and the review don't seem to bash the story at least.

The problem is not the grind. I personally didn't feel like I experienced any grind. The problem for people that haven't enjoyed their experience with this game so far is the sheer amount of exposition and dialogue with only a small amount of sexual payoff. This is a text heavy game and it's really light on lewds so far. If you play it for the porn content you'll probably be disappointed.
Personally, I love it and there seems to be plenty of people that love it as much or more but there are many people that really don't like it, so consider what you want from it before you invest your time.
The game has new devs though and they're keen to up the ante with the sex stuff so it's at least worth watching.
The majority of the juicy content revolves around underwear and dress up play. There is also a sex scene, bj scene, and masturbation in there but for the most part it's light titillation.
One thing I really liked is that the gameplay is more like a traditional point and click with some puzzling parts that aren't immediately obvious.
it's a good puzzle game with some lewdness for now. if u want to play for the porn: play another game, right now it's just not ready for that yet...
