I got a little confused. Is v0.11.2 just a bugfix? Why the changelog says "3500+ new renders"?

Because that is just for Episode 11: Release (+$5 patrons). No new renders, just the latest episode release for the lower tiers, which includes a patch for the bug fixes if there are any.
Are we still pretending this was a "layla & erynn update"?

Damn. Missed a few chapters, but that turned out to be a good thing. Now, I just need to figure out the best path to an Elena romance. Although, I must admit to finding Tori a bit intriguing as well... So many paths...

Yes. Either an Alexis route or an Alexis secret path route.
If you have a Val route, you can meet her at the beach separately, just the two of you.

What exactly is in the "secret path"? I chose to not go after Alexis in plane and bar, date Layla, and tried not flirting with Erynn and just being kind with her but she still kissed the MC and the MC took off her clothes during that pc elf game thing. I thought this is supposed to be about Alexis?

I checked the gallery and it's only a pool scene with Erynn and Alexis. Is there more to this path?

You probably didn't unlock all the scenes for those characters, keep playing through the game.
