my only problem with shorter updates is I don't want to play an update that has no story content

you know what I mean I don't want to start an update and 90% of the update is us doing useless things like MC wakes up and go to school and

that's the end of the update

or in today's exciting update the character goes grocery shopping and that's the end of the update

I once play a game once that had an update with where all the main character did is look for his missing sister

it's not anywhere as exciting as it sounds all he did was walk back and forth talking to the same people

i rather wait for a longer update I don't want to play filler
This only happens when the dev has nothing to say.

It also depends on how the dev sees the updates. If an update = an episode, normally we are not disappointed (unless the writing quality is bad). It may be short, but things are happening. If the game is considered globally and the updates are only stages of development, we can find updates of no interest for the story.

Everything also depends on the quality of the game. From 3 to 5 months, for the quality and still a certain quantity, it is fine.

The moron who made this game never rote a bike in his like. Sitting on the steering bar? Seriously? I stopped reading this shitty game after that. I'm really confused why this miserable pile of shit has such high score.
It's not about "bicycle safety", it's about fucking common sense. Try riding with anyone, even a child, on the fucking steering bar of a bike. It's just stupid. Also, the game is badly written, full of cliches, terrible renders, doll-like women. It's just a mess.
Trolling? Dude I just mistyped some words because of my wireless keyboard needed to change battery. Relax, no need to whiteknight this obviously terrible porn game.
You seems to be getting very agitated about this game, why not just move on to something you actually like instead of hanging around here spewing garbage that very few people actually agree with?

Okay, I don't like trolls but, I'll answer it one time.
You are so sure of yourself. Most of the time is a good thing. When it is to judge a whole work (VN game) on a subject so light as: is riding a bicycle, with someone on the handlebar, is doable or realistic is something else.

I grew up in the 80's and yes we did that. Not often, because obviously it is not very stable and easy to do, BUT we did it multiple times and we knew how to ride a bicycle. And none of our passenger finished in the hospital or very few. ;) (as you can see I don't take myself too seriously right here so do the same and chill out)

I don't say the the following photos are example to follow. I AGREE with you it is not the safest way to ride a bicycle !!

So to reply to you, IMO: This game is awesome and this scene didn't bother me a bit... It even reminds me some cherish memories of my youth.

Have a good one and yes, do as I do: Ride one my friend, be constructive and spread love instead of hate.

I appreciate your "work", but mate, what a waste of time. Do you really think that is something that bothers him, he just needed a hook for his trolling.

Yes, although the handlebar is not the best place to ride as a passenger on a bicycle, I have been both - a passenger and the one pedaling. It's not the best place to sit, but in case the rear rack and top tube were missing or occupied already, it was still better than chasing the bike on foot. Yes, we did ride a bike quite a few times with one kid pedaling, one sitting on the rear rack and one on the top tube or handlebar.

Every kid had some kind of a bicycle, but there were occasions when it was either broke or left at home or we did it just for fun (not that it was considered much of a stunt).
None of us got injured riding on the handlebar, so I guess we also knew how to ride.

I also grew up in the 80's, went to school in 1980, to be precise.

On a more personal note first, I'm happy to know I'm not the oldest one here (at 46) like I thought I was. Makes me feel better.

Back to the game, and this conversation, I was on a bicycle once, at 7 years old, wasn't my thing. I enjoyed walking more. But I did have a lot of friends and did see them, and others, doing this kind of thing and deep down I knew it was a bad idea. Some of them were reckless, some of them were safe. It was the reckless ones you had to watch out for, whether you were on another bike or a leather-tramp. I said my piece to them a few times, naturally, didn't listen. But kids are going to do what they want to do, whether they're showing off for not.

Now what bearing this has on the current conversation I don't know (probably none) but sometimes the only way for people to learn is if they hurt themselves doing that kind of thing.
