I get your point and I don't disagree about the plot. About my take on her sex, I didn't mean that men are incapable of good plots or whatever. It's just the way I felt. You said it yourself. Dev's mindset. How many women how you seen writing harem plots where every choice leads to MC fucking someone's brains? I'm a man myself, I didn't mean to offend males. Like I said, just the way I felt. Was it exaggerated? Maybe. Does it mean it's impossible? Not necessarily. Do I think only women can write a plot like that? Absolutely not. Thanks for your inputA good story idea should be fleshed out through a focused plotting process. If the intend isn't to plot the entire VN in advance, the story writer should at least create a timeline of plot events. After experience in writing itself it's mainly the mindset the dev, or hired story writer, is in... nothing to do with sexes, at all! Just reading this sentence made me shake my head instantly.
And to be frank, Nyx isn't a master either. It feels like Nyx has raw ideas where the story is heading... nothing more...
But crystal clear is that within the early developement of "Intertwined" a mindshift occurred and the character focus of some main- and side-characters shifted, to some extend switched, completely. I don't know why but some characters where basically abandoned. After a carefull and lengthy introduction no less. I can imagine at least some people being left irritated or even confused by this. Some may drop the game because of this.
