It sure is and its pretty sad that we don't have a tag for these unfinished completed games because its misleading as fuck and pretty annoying when you start a completed game and then it just ends somewhere in the middle.

For the gallery without changing any file, just open the Gallery page and in that screen press SHIFT i and a page will open to insert a code: "openall" (typed without")

Could be funny as hell to have one tag "completed-ish" to these kind of games.

OK I might be going crazy but...where is the "replay" option? Started a game, and right click but all I can see is Gallery?

Well, the Abandoned tag is for games that are literally dead and buried.We do have a tag for this kind of thing. It is the "abandoned" tag.
Cases Carpe Stultus mention is more like "It's dead, but the Dev put make-up on the corpse and say it is a completed product."
