Rules carry over when you move the slave to assistant, could it be she's not got the minimum 2 rules set?
Is it possible to do the challenge where you start off with minimum stats in everything in the current version or is it impossible without at least a few stats? And if it is does anyone have any tips for such a brutal start?
Yes, it is not only possible but there are ways to make it even more challenging and still succeed. Search the forum for "zero start" and "zero skill"

Looks like a book to me.
But for a cowgirl the concept is about an acceptance of being bred and milked. And after a little while even an Intelligent slave becomes Retarded. So it goes down to a basic instinct.

Also why Praetor Kamael from Raven Tower won't take her?
If he refused her for charm less than 10 days before, he will repeat his objection even if you fixed her charm level (which appears to be the case). Wait a decade and try again.

The only things I do with her is have her give me massages and sex education when she has spare energy. She gains a point in spoiling maybe every 6-7 days or so and I have switch her back to slave to put her in place every time she does.

Uh, this has to be a bug this time for real, my assistant goes from 0 to 8 energy the next day, she is tough and is on recovery for surgery, here is the save

Right, but we don't have pictures divided in two groups (yet): one with which she struggles, and one in which her basic instincts took over. So better to aim for an in-between that fits the entire lesson journey
Actually no. The existing auto save each morning is a save after all end of day activities. I often make mistakes like not serving a good meal after a student lesson, or the fiend dies from starvation, etc.. A save before all these activities would make corrections much much much easier.
Probably addicted to faerie pollen and raiding your supply.
In other words you want an "end of day" auto save instead of a "following morning" auto save?

Ah, didn't know that was a thing, actually never got any slave addicted before, kinda expected a warning like when you buy clothes for the first time or a trait like starvation but called "addicted" to show up.
