I'm probably an hour or two into playing this (just finished the part where he explores the town for the first time and ends up getting blue balled by either his mother or sister), and I just wanted to ask. Does the MC show some character development? Or the whole game just going to him getting punked out by everyone he meets and then getting flustered over it?

MC does become more confident, but not hugely so. And it's understandable really, not much more that a week has past in universe since the start.
But yea, that dick cutting this is 100% a real threat
The consequence and why Juno says it will be explained more later but as long as you follow Juno's advice, you'll be fine

Yep! Chapter 4 isn't "complete" yet - jojozz hasn't finished the choices/bad paths and there's some more plot he wants to cover - so it's released separately for now. AFAIK once it's done, it'll be released as chapters 1-4 together
Ch. 4 is like a beta/sneak peek for now

That's pretty much the goal of the game. You know, other than try to make sure that Juno won't cut off your dick. I think that there has been at least one possible impregnation so far but until they pee on a stick we won't know for sure.
You might get some insight if you play the chap 4 preview...
