Question 13: It's hard to be succinct with this, but getting tons of questions on Veronica Karlsson's character, so I will just try and state a bit more about what's in my mind without trying to spoil things either.

That's right...so the statistics aren't quite complete...I don't doubt that many of us have probably noticed what Tess is talking about...but I will reread V and Callista's dialog again.

My thoughts exactly. They remind me of modern champaigne socialists - rich kids who never faced starvation, deprivation and so on, but think they can make meaningful change. They have zero in common with the people they try to 'free', they don't have the rage and hatred of the average worker slave. And that's something that is nessesary for a proper revolution.

The parallel with the Great French Revolution works best I think - good, well-educated people started it, but they quickly lost all control and many ended up as the victims of Robespierre and co. I know Astrid is safe, but I really hope to see the heads of the rest of all these well-meaning individuals on pikes during the new Reign of Terror.

Hopefully the world will descend into anarchy and a new generation of Juliette Karlssons will rise from the former slaves, and the cycle will go on until the world finally dies from starvation.

To be honest, despite our cautious skepticism (or, in my case, rather optimism), we still don't know anything about their(revolutionaries) true plan..But given what Tess has revealed today about Veronica Karlsson's identity (in the Q&A , Question 13), particularly about the likely scene in a future game where Astrid visits the museum, we can conclude that the revolution did succeed and the slaves were freed.

And similarly, given how massive and special a character Veronica is to Tess (In my entire giant lore of seven connected games in my head, Veronica Karlsson is a giant figure that impacts way beyond KG), I can make the assumption that the canon ending of KG for Tess herself (not for Doms or Subs) will quite possibly involve a revolution. And by the way, I wouldn't be so sure right now that sending people on the Ark (Island4) into Earth orbit (with the prospect of exploring other planets) is a separate endings.

It's quite possible that in the future Astrid and Yvette will manage to convince Veronica of the necessity of change, and this world after the revolution will be left to live out its allotted time, becoming more just, Veronica and Cole's projects will be successfully completed, the problem of hunger will be eliminated, but the trained colonists will still go in search of new inhabited planets, because the whole Earth will still not be able to return to the state it was in before the Great Collapse..

To be honest, I didn't hear crying there, only laughter...And who was really at the bedside of the dying Alexander - this is a separate topic for discussion, which all of you here have already discussed many times...(and never came to a consensus). So I'll leave it aside for now, otherwise we'll get into a new round of discussion about Alessa and "Agent Olivia" again... Yes, I agree, all dialog is important, including the conversation between the "ninja"Veronica and Callista/Gambit Queen.

But it's a little different here...Tess wrote a sentence in her extended reply about Veronica's identity, so I was interested to make sure I hadn't missed it before. I made sure I hadn't missed that sentence, but I confess I hadn't given it much thought or just thought it was unimportant (until I read Tess's response today (in Q&A , Question 13 )..

Sam would be a strange one as she can be in Olivia's faction too, so Sam may be one of the few characters that we do have control over influencing. I would almost certainly imagine Mercy will be included in Jule's 'new romance' path (especially given the scene in 0.8.2). I wonder if it would/will/could include anyone else and who....

Edit: To compound on that, I'm actually thinking it may be an exclusive type of FWB grouping...a little like Alessa/Celeste or Phoebe/Celeste. There is/was already planned a Jules/Delilah 'other dom' romance, maybe that will be expanded upon...Jules/Sam(?)/Mercy/Delilah...*shrugs*

Hard to say really Dover....and as for being grouped with Dom...not sure, they still despise each other but as far as I can tell, their temporary alliance is still in place (to originally work against Olivia). Possible I suppose given 'that scene' (though not sure Eloise would be a part of it knowing where she can move/join and who she already aligned with).

Ha! My ears are old... I never considered it was laughter... It sounds like a little kid crying to my poor old ears... *shrug*

Pertaining to the, probable, violent abuse toward Veronica, yeah, I always assumed that was the case from that conversation. I guess it didn't stand out for me because it was just another brick in the wall, so to speak. I consider his attempt to take Astrid's life pretty violent and nobody on this planet ends up like Juliette without abusive experiences of some kind... I guess what I'm trying to say is Alexander's violent behavior doesn't "stand out" because it is so prevalent.

I’ll just say, the revolution ending isn’t the main canon ending… all that matters is if World State B happens… and there is variations of ur Kane being sub or dom..
