You do not run that, you extract it with 7zip.
Once the entire zip file is extracted into a folder, you can run content from it. If for some reason it is not extracting the file may be corrupt for some reason and need to be redownloaded.

Frankly, the reasons for closing the thread are quite suspicious... I would not be surprised if all this is a measure to consolidate more KKSunshine and leave aside the classic koikatsu, since it is older...
Well honey select 1 and Honey select 2 thread are still functional but I guess the 2 games got distinct feature compared to Koikatsu (not sure since I didn't use HS)

They try to avoid any conversation that related to the 'Koikatsu sharing card thread closure' because theres a lot of controversies there (Cant mention it here to avoid this thread being close) . Besides, the comments on the last 2 pages got deleted before the forum got locked because we're all discussing the reason behind it all. Oh well. moving on...

I'm new in this Koikatsu thing, i've only seen videos, can someone help and tell me what game should i play? I only know 2 games, Koikatsu and Koikatsu After Party, but this Koikatsu Sunshine what is it? a mod expansion, a DLC or what? There are more mods like this? pls help me to understand better this if you can give a link to download the game and mods or whatever I just want to play the last and stable version with mods and models. PLS!!!

koikatsu party, is the Steam version of the first koikatsu!
That is: Koikatsu = Koikatsu Party (Steam Ver.)
Koikatsu Sunshine is a standalone game, to the first Koikatsu,
graphically the difference is null, the only thing that changes is the story mode.
in the first Koikatsu the main plot takes place in the school stage.
While in Koikatsu Shunshine happens on vacation...
So the dialogues, situations and maps are different.
If you have enough storage at your disposal, I would say try both, only if you are interested in playing the story mode obviously, but if not, I would say download the first one, because the fun of this game is the studio mode, with which you can create your own stories and situations, the community is also more active with the first koikatsu.
