Download KoikatuFixes v1.8, can be a mod conflict that nobody know.
Take in mind having many characters in the school can slown down the game.
If you know what file contain the DLC, you can see from the game folder, example abdata.

This is the full game and DLC, not the Party, AKA Steam, release without the adult content patch. Yes, it has everything ever released by the devs.
I have a question about the HF PATCH MarC0 uploads. The last time I patched the game was after the darkness DLC, can I just download the most recent one or do I have to find the one I left off on and download all of them in order??
No, as with most HF patches, this one can be applied at any point and in any order. Every version is just an update of the same files, just with things that were in the previous version updated and possibly new things added. You should be able to apply it no matter what and it should update everything you already have to the latest and give you what you don't have and decide to use.
