This is because what she is wearing is moddded into the game. When you are just walking around, the characters show up in a low poly model. This is part of what allows weaker PCs to run the game in combination with the reliance on RAM. When you are actually interacting with the girl, she shows up in a high poly model. Modded clothing typically does not have a low poly model, so it doesn't appear until you interact.
The only fix for that is the ForceHighPoly mod, but this effectively doubles the RAM needed to run the game without turning it into a slideshow. This mod is in the optional mods folder due to its high cost to use.

BP is better because they were designed to not be static, unmoving textures, but instead to spread out for more realistic penetration.

Yes, there is, every time the mod reaches a new 0.1 he releases a free version with every 0.01 being a patron version.

Is there a full list of shortcuts/key bindings for the BR rx 13 somewhere? the ingame F2 seems to only show the vanilla controls.
Each mod has the bindings listed in their options if they have bindings to list and Kplug has an entire manual that goes into great detail about the mod with the bindings listed.
Is this game for VR? I've been searching for VR games and this name popped up but I don't see it being specified in the tags.

Technically yes, but the VR capabilities are much more limited than the desktop capabilities. You basically get an H scene viewer for VR whereas you get more in desktop. That's the thing with VR games turned into desktop games or desktop games turned into VR games, the one they didn't start as usually has some form of issue and/or lacks functions the other had.

Summer, do you mean Sunshine? That is a sequel to this game, not a version of it. You can transfer your Koikatsu cards to it, but they will never be coming back to this game if you do.
After Party is also not a version of the game, but is a DLC for Party and Party itself is just the Steam version of the game, the difference is more work needed to make it like the original because Steam doesn't like porn games in a school.
Just download Better Repack, you'll be better off.

Everything seems to be working well except for one issue, and that is when I try to specifically save new outfits in the character maker, the saving seems to glitch out, the character model/camera becomes unable to rotate or move, the face gets removed, and the outfit card background gets stuck on screen, but most importantly the outfit does not get saved anywhere. Basically, I can still use the character maker just fine by reloading it but I cannot save any outfits. Does anyone have any idea on what plugins/mods could potentially cause this?

Excuse me, I know I could ask a really stupid question, but if I download "All in one" download is actually the full game + dlc patch etc or are ONLY patches + dlc?
