She's that one character you talk to in the Pioneer bar. To obtain her, you need to beat the Teflon Golem she was complaining about, and instead of moving forward to beat the boss, go back to the bar and inform her of this. Then, proceed to the end of the dungeon and she will kill-steal the boss, but then join your party at the beginning of the following chapter. If you didn't do that, then you've missed her.

ohh i see, then i miss her forever. i do know that scene where she kill the dragon and do our job but i load and didnt save it since i thought the exp and anti dragon sword are better
and i thought the very easy mode is basically god mode but meh, not really that great, its true that we start with high stat and super skill but the skill consume lot of MP and that mode will only help early game. mid to late game, there will be no advantage compared to other
So i just started this game the other day and im confused about a few things. Mainly how do I revive a character once they have been knocked out. Also the first boss fight on the ice mountain is kind of hard. Im guessing i need to buy enough cold resistant gear from the merchant before i tackle that one?
Also I know im in the right place to be collecting the manmen grass and other things, but after an hour of grinding i haven't seen any drop i tried interacting with the flowers and the log only seems to have rotten wood.

This is the harvesting place. You need to initiate a quest to grab the flowers. (The quest is in the village).
the difficulty of this game depend on your weapon, it can range very easy (by talking to opposite fairy or having leo as your starting weapon) and very hard ( gemini sign)
grind is the key, you will at least own 3 ice reducing equipment for free, and you only need to buy one more
So im stuck on the vampire fight and I have all the right resistances, Dark Demon and Death. My party is level 19 and I'm using Manami who has Nonheal All. But Rajii keeps outpacing me. Is there a character whos really strong against her that im missing?

Yes i got the code, also i went to that place because the last princess i defeated (the one that appears just before the final boss) told me to go if i defeated them all. Maybe i ignored one and i forgot then.
...so the ash cat killed 2/3 of my party at the start. Okay no harm done i'll just rest at the i-... Okay so resting at the inn doesn't actually heal or revive characters? And I only have one revive item? How do I get out of this?

You need to go to the healing dojo, the place where there's a miko inside. There's your actual heal spot.
