Lick scene is a lie btw you don't need to do that for hot tub scene. Just max out her love then while masturbation scene in hot tub choose HOLD BACK option from upper left and do the mini tap game. After that Natasha says she can't endure anymore and climbs on you. You may need to do same scene twice to get that option btw.
well it worked on my second time. Maybe you need to discharge some of your load the same day.

Just repeat the same event another day, the aura around Natasha will be green this time and you'll be able to hold back

This game need some ressources. Wouldn't be surprise if the problem comes from your PC if it's an old config ^^Windows 7
