It's also been posted in this thread multiple times...
*Edit* You have to be willing to hurt Lexi to get either of these routes. I barely managed to play them both. Made me feel like shit!
Also, I know you don't have to buy the cigarettes for Holly at the newsstand on the pier, but I always do anyway. It can't hurt to get extra points...

You also, when having done all this correct, get a choice to go see Lexi or Holly in the hospital -- you have to choose Holly. THEN you'll have the option to tell Lexi either you love Holly or you love them both.

LOF it's great game, i think its first time in my life i can agree with you
Cece and Lexi are best LIs imo, i was not disappointed about events with them. I'm afraid to play DLC, i don't want to destroy good memories by being emotional again
Aside of great humor things like this gif can bring some laugh and fun even after sad scenes.

Best game I've played, it touches the people's souls. Loved Cece, I can understand what she went through. The story makes me feel like she is a real person.

This is 1 of 2 games to give me the feels the other is acting lessons. I have a few gym buddies who heard about visual novels and believed it was nothing but porn. So I gave them access to my steam account and let them play both. They didn't come to the gym for like 3 days cause they were deep in the games. When they finished they were babbling babies. All they could say was you fucker you could have warned us about CeeCee and the fire choice. Then it was got any other good ones.
I just learned that Cece's story was inspired by Drifty's daughter...
