Ok first... are you trying to Play Legend of Queen Opala II or I? since this is the thread for the first part, yet your game directory indicate it's Part II (just to clear up my confusion)

I'd advice you to reinstall the RTP from the Link offered in the OP.
First the strange install directory + the different files either indicate it's the RPG Maker (used to create games) as Swegabe always includes it in the zips... or a virus...

did you uninstall the RTP first? cause otherwise the Program will just try to install the Programm in the same path as before

Have you triedm installing freeware like Ccleaner?
in my opinion tools like that help much better at finding installed software and remove it if necesary... just make sure you DL the free Version
