Found out that you can call Tsuneyo in the afternoon and have some generic events, but you can't grind her affection with it (but calling her in the morning does the trick though!)

I somehow found this very funny, like her saying fuck you bro to base mechanics and actually winning

Also this:

That's a common recurring theme in happy events. Of course, could just be a funny thing to say, but Tsuneyo is becoming the most sus character in this game to me
Tsuneyo can also see shadowy figures, be called during a reset, easily understand the resets, and recall memories she wasn't around for.

Not to mention: Tsuneyo can talk to birds like Sensei, apparently has a thing for Whales:

which Amy recently mentioned:

(Whales being related to Saki, Sensei's mom), casually noticed that Ayane acted differently after she survived the roof, and has an at least implied relation to the wire god, trees, and Sensei's son, Noodles.

It's probably nothing though:

There is also a good chance her father has actually been dead and rotting in her apartment this whole time.
I sort of assume the same thing, there's IIRC a few lines that imply it though I can't be arsed to hunt them down right now. Maybe in the Steps event.
this game is honestly great, the characters feel real and are likable, the storyline is really interesting, and its really funny. honestly, I feel bad this is a literally porn game
Haha, I feel the same way - I wish I could share this with friends, I don't know if I'm shallow but I definitely feel some things about this story are profound and unique, but at the same time, it definitely wouldn't work as well if the main themes weren't as... unsavory as they are? And I feel like a good chunk of the game is a subversion of the harem porn game genre -- like, you think you can have sex with all the characters at the start, and there's definitely some shock value in there going in expecting a normal porn game, but by chapter 3 to quote the sonic kid you learn that boy oh boy do your actions indeed have consequences

I suspect that the whole amusement park date was Tsuneyo running from that reality, he had died, she didn't want to accept it, and so she simply shut down the ramen shop for a few days in denial.

Of course, since she seems to be aware of resets, and the reset was approaching, she may have known that the reset had a good chance of reviving him.

Then neighbors called during the slumber party about the smell. She blamed rotting vegetables due to a power outage, but they wouldn't rot that quickly, even after the few days the shop had been closed, there wouldn't be a smell to complain about from the vegetables. A rotting human corpse, on the other hand...

As to whether or not he's still dead is another matter, since we've had a reset immediately after.

This is very much a subversion of the harem genre, and to a large extent of the porn game itself. To the point that now, most sex scenes within the story are fades to black, and we only see it on screen if it's story relevant.

Hell, this game got me playing the piano again (albeit on keyboards) which I had grown to hate for years after finishing music school. I even tried to make a song in the style of this game cause I like a lot of the music in the game. Warning for anyone interested in listening, it's extremely shitty with about 13 years of rust in there.

yeah for real i went in for the horny but the characters brought me back, its not like i hate the H scenes since you could argue the character of sensei requires that, but i would still go for a game like that where the scenes are just implied. idk about chapter 3 though since I'm right now doing the 3rd reset (if I'm counting correctly) where ayane came upstair.
cant wait for the game to explain all the metaphors its using, like the one for hope and god and many more things i wont be able to recall on the spot. maybe they are just there without any more depth but i doubt that

damn that's really cool and beautifully written.
the first part will fit in place of a lot of the similarly written music in the game, but i feel like the 2nd part would go well as a 1 time song at the peak of the story or in a significant moment

First off get the hell outta here, this sounds amazing. I love the chords you used and the dissonance you use in that one reoccurring melody. Second, you should try posting this in the discord; if it get popular and as long as you don't charge Sel (since he has a big thing about using free music XD) maybe he'll consider using it. Who knows ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Third, if possible could you share the sheet music lol. I would like to play this

Random, but It's a little odd that it seems like Tsuneyo is one of the few people that actually pays attention to Ayane:

Kind of hoping Tsuneyo mentions Ayane has been looking scared at some point. It's nice to know someone is actually paying attention to her. Even if it just so happens to be someone else possibly related to a god like Yasu.

Agreed with the sharing with friends part. I really would've shared this with a lot of people if Sensei wasn't literally a predator (especially in Chapter 1), not to mention the various wizard scenes. I feel like you have to read to the 3rd reset at least to truly understand this game.

The tags alone stop me from doing that, thank bob for this forum or I'd never get to discuss it.
