How on earth do you see Tsuneyo as the bad guy in that situation?

She was supposedly burning with hatred toward you but decided to hide that for about 1 fake year and kept it to herself after the initial scene, pretended nothing was wrong and not being vocal about it, not confronting Sensei at all to suddenly drop it like a bomb on everyone, even lying beforehand pretending it was gonna be a normal gag she practiced for.
She wasn't the "bad guy" but she certainly wasn't the good one either.
Even Akira admits that she wasn't exactly wrong for doing that, it was just poorly thought out. From her perspective, Sensei was just a sociopath that tricked Molly into thinking the whole thing was her fault. She couldn't talk Molly out of it, and Sensei would just manipulate her if she went to him. She didn't want to directly out them for fear of hurting Molly, so she floated the possibility in hopes that someone smarter than her would pay closer attention, while leaving plausible deniability for Molly. Not a smart plan, but her intention is to protect her deluded friend from a monster; she really doesn't deserve to burn in hell for that.

I think you're missing the point of why she chose to bring it up disguised as a joke.
Unfortunately, the Predator is surrounded by zealots who live in denial. Everyone knows something happened between him and Molly, but only Kirin apparently put things together or cared enough to do so (besides likely Maya).
Tsuneyo's comedy routine was a scream for help that no one even considered taking seriously, which is fortunate for Tsuneyo as she'd become an enemy instead of a weirdo for "slandering" Sensei. It was however a reminder to Sensei that she hasn't just forgotten what he's done.
Tsuneyo also wasn't exactly angry. She was more confused by how he still continued to deny it (remember she was the first to confront him), and how Molly has just decided to move past it. It wasn't until they reconciled that Tsuneyo did this. It served mostly as a warning to everyone. Including us.
Tsuneyo is far smarter than she lets on, and she doesn't exactly have much to lose.

To sum it up: Tsuneyo's stunt at the war of the dorms, was her way of safely protecting others (especially Molly) from Sensei (who she saw as a rapist). She's trying to make sure he doesn't hurt (rape) someone and if he actually does, well, she made it clear what she'd do:
The Flavor Samurai shall disembowel the Rapist of the Adolescents.
They are chill now though. If not closer than ever before ironically. (If Tsuneyo recalls the amusement park stuff)

So in other words, you DO want this game to fail, I can't remember Sel's exact words but if he's faced in a position where he can't use Koikatu's studio then that's it for this story.
That can be assumed since there would be no minor inconvenience from this situation. IF something happens, it will either be of no consequence to the game or it will be of severe consequence to both the game and the entire Koikatsu-based market. The one situation that could possibly happen besides Koikatsu becoming abandonware, which is the most likely case, is another entity buying the rights to Koikatsu and, considering who has shown interest in Illusion products before, that is very likely to be someone with the will to pursue and the money to burn in pursuit.
Of course, being on Sel's side of the conflict at play while also not supporting certain things being done on our side, I am biased, so there could be no desire to see failure of the game.
Honestly, if he ever ends up in that position where he cannot use the studio of the game he's been using since day one of this entire project, I don't blame Sel for abandoning the project. That's hundreds of renders that not only have to be redone, but redone in a program that isn't as user friendly. Years of work, as we are on the second or third, I lost track, would be wasted. That is severely demoralizing.

Is there a reason this hasn't been showing up in the latest updates? It's been at least three updates now that haven't been there, but when I search for certain tags or the game itself I see that a new version is out. And when I do see it in the list it says 3 years since it's been updated, so I don't know what's going on.
Trying to be as diplomatic as possible, there were a few 'incidents' earlier in the year that are well documented within this forum thread. Suffice it to say this title no longer enjoys any 'promotion' here for want of a better term.

Resumed in a few lines:
- The game becomes too popular and starts getting leaked in here before the public release.
- Selebus gets mad with this site and start an antipiracy campaign.
- It doesn't have the efffect he was looking for and now pirates start leaking the game a few minutes after it's released for subscribers.
- Selebus gets madder, threats the site with legal actions. Instead, he decides to create "care packages" as compensation to his subscribers. He believes they won't be leaked because they have loli content and that's a violation of the Rule 7 on this site.
- The care packages get leaked anyway.
- Selebus madness is over 9000, accuse the site of promoting sexual depictions of minors. He knows it for a fact, because he is the one creating them and can provide info that they are indeed underage.
- A feud starts between him and the mods. Selebus is now known as Deleted Member 1697433.
- Deletrd Member 1697433 installs a DRM on his game that will erase your saves and script file if you downloaded the care packages. The mods retire the game from the latest updates page.
Weirdly enough, that seems to be a good agreement. Mods believe they are hurting the dev by not promoting it. The dev hates this place and thinks it's just a pirates nest that can only harm his income.
So there you have it, take it as a lesson guys. People can always come to an understanding. They just need to keep being assholes to each other.

There's basically a civil war going on between the subscriber side and the pirate side of the player base that has been anything but civil on at least one side since reaching a certain point and the game has been taken out of the promotion loop, or whatever the correct terminology is here, that would add it there when there is an update to the thread. Honestly, I think Sel actually got a bit of what he wanted in the end, a last laugh even if a minor one. The lack of promotion here undoubtedly has a reduction effect on the amount of piracy even if minor.

I struggle to see how you come to that conclusion... those of us already following the game continue to get early access thanks to leaks, those searching by top rated games will still come across it and upon checking will discover it's still in active development, those who discover the game elsewhere and search for it here to pirate it will find it easy to do so. All that's really taken away is passive blind discovery, including both new pirates and potential new supporters. The anti piracy crowd might scoff at the suggestion of 'potential new supporters' but there's simply no denying the fact that a number of people who regularly visit this thread both discovered the game via this website and have given it monetary support to some degree at some point, so they certainly exist, even if you choose to think of them as dismissable minority. The impact of day-1 leaks is still as present now as before the game was removed from the promotion system as anyone who was already benefiting from those leaks still knows how and where to benefit from them...
If this is a win on any level then i'll just quietly chuckle to myself whenever someone brags about it.

Now some info: Yes, these are the original bodies of the girls, with most of the outfits also being the original. The exceptions to this are Imani, Nao-chan and Rika, who were recreated from scratch (With the help of the other cards.) There are some recreated outfits on the other cards that were never shared with my source. The outfit collection is not 100% complete, notably missing all of the Halloween clothing. Furthermore, I will not be releasing alternate age versions.
