Simply put:
The 0.11 release posted over the past month here on F95 was NEVER supposed to be released.
It was an incomplete test copy that was leaked somehow.
It should never have seen the light of day, nor been downloaded, installed, and driven the players nuts when the bugs stopped events from triggering.

I think that's the point; if the version number was 0.11alpha instead of 0.11, a lot less people would have downloaded it even if it did get leaked. It sounds like you're saying that if it hadn't been leaked, then you would have just released the public version as 0.11 despite it being a different build to the one that did get leaked, that's a huge no-no. Every different version that's published, whether to a wide audience or a very small one, should have a unique version id. And if putting "alpha" in the version id discourages people from downloading it who shouldn't have it, that's just a bonus, isn't it?

Last month was the first time ever this game got leaked which I wasn't expecting at all and the timing couldn't have been worse either. It's an honor I guess but I've learned a lot from it all and next time it will absolutely be different.

The chain reaction is also horrifying as most websites copy the links straight from here thus within no time half of the adult game websites are full of releases that aren't supposed to be out there not counting all of the disappointing players it caused.

Live and learn. Enjoy the game for all returning players and newcomers alike.

0.11.1 is the OFFICIAL full release - thoroughly tested, and played by over 300 of our Loyal Subscribers and Discord friends. Only - the ".1" is to show there have been several tweaks to some lines, images, animations, and code since that buggy version someone gave to the F95 Admins without permission from Jamleng.

I'll admit, I didn't realize that part. I just made the assumption based on what I see on other games, since I'm unable to support more than one game.

You would have also saved yourself a lot of

if _in_replay:
    $ name = persistent.pname

by using scope in replay.

Replay("hooker_gallery_bj", scope={"name":persistent.pname or "Jack"})

You must be registered to see the links

default persistent.pname = "Jack" was added to prevent a small bug for people using this without playing the game and the name getting set as "None".
For those that would prefer to enter a different name just start a new game and play up until the point when you can name the Main Character.

Alternatively this code would capture the current player's name after they loaded a save

Thank you very much for the very awesome post, I always have a blast reading the summary. You've got a great eye for detail there. I'll read it again later to see if there are certain elements in the story that have to be tweaked a bit.

As for the bugs, I've fixed a bunch of them, major changes to the code including the suggestions are left for 0.12.

Now leave me alone, lol. We're already balls-deep into v0.12 so anything that gets found from here on out will be in the next major update.

Depends on what exactly you consider mind control. A large part of the game is corruption with a special drug, and there are a smaller number of scenes that are more classically mind control.
