It says modded but means patched, so the first download is the untranslated game. You can get the patch on it's own (with or without mods) here, and install it yourself to the unpatched game.

Thanks for the help but if it isn't too much trouble just one more question. So I just download the one that's compatible with unpatched(Unmodded) version of the game right?

The two patches? The unmodded one just translates the game to English and removes some of the censoring, the modded one does the same but also has these fan made mods included.
The two main downloads in the op is a untouched game, and one with the unmodded patch already installed.

Almost complete save back here. Think you just need to buy the new hairpins, and if you use the modded patch get the roleplay memory.

No, that would mean redrawing the game.
You probably need two thousand love before you can activate it. Type "Yandere" into the say bar to turn it on, "Deredere" to turn it off.

does the molested version have the latest translations or do i have to install the latest translation? And if i have to do the manual thing what do i install and how do i do it?

Yes that one is the one with the transfix patch already installed, and it's the latest.
Edit - Oh and to manually install a patch drag the folders out of the patch into the games folder, when it asks let the game files get replaced.

My game seems to be bugged? I can't give Sylvie pink flowers or blue flowers and i can't use the libido boosters or aphrodisiacs. What do i do?
