The prepatched games in the opening post are 7z files, if you extract them with WinRAR you can get errors and sometimes that seems to make the game get stuck loading. Use
It's a replacement engine, so instead of Tyrano the game will use

That has przemo's translation and partial uncensor plus mods from 1.9 converted over.
There's nothing with przemo's that isn't also available for tfpatchguy's, so you might want to just go with the one.

Again you need a clean game, not a prepatched one from here. If you click on the "installed" above you'll find a link to one and some very basic instructions on installing patches.
There's currently no ending other than the bad one, otherwise it goes on forever. Not sure it will actually get one. The game is still getting worked on, but there's no precise schedule the developer does what they want.
