If I remember correctly. You have to touch her tits or grab her ass or kiss her at idle screen (idk what to call that, basically the screen with head pat or chat) and set her mood to horny. Once it sets, the option "carry her" would appear. Each scenes is a different level of lust.

Look here for 3.0.22 and instruction, as long as you have the default post per page count. 3.0.22 is the latest version of the game not counting the (untranslated) new beta.
If you get the game from that link the game will do most of the patching work.
