3.0.22 links and PC instructions, in tfpatchguy's MEGA folder linked there is also a Mac Electron patch. There's one for 2.5.2 as well, not for use with the game currently in the opening post. But again I know nothing about Mac.

If your talking about 4.0.6 check on the MEGA folder every so often, if 3.0.22 then it is mostly translated.

you should include your "Logging.txt"
check your game folder for"Logging.txt" and attach it here

Usually they delete old links, the latest Android port (posted on F95 anyway) is here. Himiko-S hasn't been around this thread since posting that so I wouldn't expect a answer.

It's the quick start. The first one skips the intro, then the five that opens up unlocks all the gallery, clothes etc. That second screenshot is explaining some new 3.0 and 4.0 things like Sylvie changing clothes.

Just download google translator app and hold the camera towards the text and it will translate in real time on your phone screen.
It will even try to mimic the same font, if it can.

With the game currently in the opening post it's probably from extraction.

If those don't work then tfpatchguy probably hasn't added them, and this isn't a port of a older patch like 3.0.22 was. But there are the quick start options.
