Works for me, but if your resolution is over 1080p you could try opening Config.tjs and changing fix to fit in the line...
ScreenRatio = fix
Expect issues though.
do we have any news about the when the next version coming out? the game hasnt been updated for so long

The 3.0.0 update came out in October, but there's no proper translation patch for it yet.

so im having some trouble trying to simply start up the game, i just get a black screen every time, I have the 2.5.2 version and that works. but i decided to go ahead and buy the game as well which is the 3.0.19ver, and i can't figure out for the life of me why it won't start. after a while i get this message after like three or four attempts of retrying the program. ive tried extracting it through 7zip and i've tried changing system local settings as well but nothing changes.

That's not an error message, the game has to unpack the first time you run it and it's telling to wait. When I tested it a few weeks ago it took around fifteen minutes to finish.

Click the action then click on a part of Sylvie, click on her again to repeat.
every time I use winrar a error message pops up saying this system cannot find the specified path. (Downloaded the Molested version of the game.) Anyone got a fix?

WinRAR doesn't always like the 7z file. Try using 7Zip, or shortening the files name and/or the files address. Otherwise there's the game I compressed as a plain zip back here.

In the game folder with the exe. There should be two .sav files, big ones your saves small one setting.
When i try and open the game it just perpetually says "Loading Tyranoscript" at the top of the page and never actually loads it, anyway i can fix this? (Downloaded bother versions just to check happens with both)

Also, another point, I've heard there is a 3.0? I've seen newer looking screenshots and what seemed like the end of the game. Is that real? Where can I get that version?

There still no actual ending other than the bad one, the update added very little. The new version is around, but there's no proper translation patch for it yet.
Quick questions I have the modded versions from the OP.
1: The readme/how to play menu in-game doesn't seem to be translated. I know it my be unnecessary, but is there a way for me to see it translated (First time playing)
2: I was reading some of the more recent post and saw a black screen question. The response said it was the game needing to unpack. I didn't get that should I have?
