It's the most up to date version with a proper translation patch, and any mods. look here for the very latest version of the game and the temporary patch for it. The modded or (with mod) version has several mods included.

If mods are your thing though you might want to make your own copy of the game with tfpatchguy's things.

If you've made it though Sylvie getting sick before, then in 3.0.X the only difference is you have to balance all the usual head patting with talking too.

If you haven't then also be nice and make the right choices, buy Sylvie the new dress and pancakes. No molesting.

also is anyone looking into adapting the 2.5.2 mods to 3.0.0?

Not properly but look here for 3.0.22 links and instructions. The update changed a lot of code, UI and upgraded the engine version as well. So the old method of moving the translation doesn't work. Doubt you'll see mods before the actual translation patch is done.

Excuse me, i have the modded version but I don't know how to turn mods on and off, how to do it? I tried entering "!mod" in the say bar but it doesn't seem to do anything

  • Added latest tfpatchguy English translation patch from 4/22/2021

Bugs fixed:
  • Fixed status bar bugs
  • Fixed unexpected shutdown bugs
  • Minor bugs fixed

Note:

  • I'll repeat it. For those who have black screen problems or others, please attach the file "Logging.txt", which is next to the files where your games are saved, that way I can see what the error occurs in their cell phones and I can fix it.
