The prepatched games in the opening post are 7z files so you'll need a actual extraction program, I'd use

First one is just the partial decensor and translation, the second (with mod) also has a mod pack.

It's the memory for the roleplay mod, dress Sylvie in just her old rags and use the new option that appears at night. You will need a lot of intimacy.

Is there a way to custom add scarless Sylvie from a previos version? I don't know how modding in this cases work, but maybe by locating the scarless assets and replacing them i the 3.0.22 version?

That would probably work, had a quick look at Sylvie's basic body and those files are all named the same.
