It is still the temporary translation patch for 3.0.22, although the updates to it have slowed. If you think the opening post should be updated with it maybe ask Twistty.

Can't seem to quickly workout what the alert says. But 3.0.X without the 32Bit executable, and 4β are more sensitive about the file address than previous versions, make it short and simple. Don't install any patches or mods.
If you actually want to play the game I would use .
...Managed to get the alert translated, it's complaining about finding save files. Old saves aren't compatible.

There's the 3.0.22 port, but patch and mod wise it's out of date. There is the unpacked 3.0.22 here, but installing the patch and mods is kind of similar so may or may not work on Android. If that was the problem last time.
