Same problem with 4.7
Crashes when I want to rent an apartment
Crashes when I activate the contact list
Crashes when I want to store in a store.

It doesn't matter if I overwrite 4.6 with the patch, overwrite the old folder with the full 4.7 or start from a freshly installed folder.

Annotation:
A quick start with a male MC works, but not with a female. So seems to be a gender specific bug.

So, i downloaded the newest patch and when i created a new character, not only my character couldn't wear clothes, ergo, naked all the time but, all npcs were also naked!
Does anyone know how to fix this?

edit: after playing for some time, during sex scenes, some of the positions doesn't work properly. The characters just stand inside each other, clipping themselves lmao

First time playing here, But I have fatal error so often that I just have to stop, 100% ctd when I try to add new relative. Playing with female character and some custom texture but other than that, no mods installed.

Is there a way to disable or bypass the need of Arousal and Energy during Sex? It bothers me especially with my Partners...Pu to dry...and di not hard enough.

As far as I know, no.
You first have to get above the value of 20 for this display to disappear.
Unfortunately, you'll have to try your way through the countless positions until you find one that gives both you and your partner enough excitement.

If you have a favorite position, it might be an idea to adjust the values of the NPCs you know so that you can finish faster.


Troubleshooting:
I have now played 4.7 for almost 90min with a male character without any problems. Went to the start menu afterwards, created a female character and when searching for an apartment, shopping or planning a family the game crashed immediately.

I also edited my male character to a female - and the game crashed on the first action (homework).

But why does the teacher have to be a gay man? Why couldn't they be a gay woman or a straight man\ woman that's sexually attracted to your character?

The teacher is not gay but randomly chance to be one.
Now on that scene if you are straight, you have 20% chance to fall on that scene.
I made a straight version for male
Vin did the version for female but I put my ideas too inside...
I will do a lesbian version this week.

Not all, but most of them (95%) yes.
Mods from : Raddeck, NickNo, Ravenger6660, Medievalover, rcbcgreenpanzer, Grim, Vimas (I forget surely some other modders) are supposed to works for sure.
Better Pregnancy is obsolete.

I got the same issue but easy to fix. If you know how to code, just put that, example: Actor2.hide() before SceneEnd() on each files where the dog stay after. OR Actor2.deletePerson()

I love the work put into this game but I feel the efforts are concentrated on the wrong things at the moment! In my experience with the game it needs a bit more story and less randomness. The events are occurring too often and it makes no sense, I would focus on the management mechanics (polish them a bit), more story just so you don't get overcrowded with the random events... it feels like you can't get anything done without something happening... It's a bit too much! I would gladly help with writing some story and script for you guys if you want!

The frequency that random scenes trigger can be changed. Esc -> Settings from within the game. Adjust to suit your preferences.

I still can't tell if lower means fewer random or higher is fewer for that number. I know I already set it to 0 and still got them. Back when new neighbors were moving in like every 3 hours, even in the middle of the night.

Okay so Im not having any crashes in fact everything seems to be running quite well except for one thing....Everyones clothes are missing! All clothing items are visually absent from my game for some reason lol anyone else have/had or know a fix for this situation?

A lower Scene Frequency means fewer random scenes. The timeout value for each scene gets divided by the scene frequency value, so if a scene normally has a timeout of 100 hours, and you have a scene frequency of 0.5, then the timeout for the scene is now 200 hours. I dunno how you managed to set the scene frequency to 0 but the game only lets me set a minimum of 0.2

Or you make it as extra Download, so everyone who wants it, can have it on purpose. I mean, theres no reason why you need to force it, even 20%.

And with it, its working. The other Features may be obsolet. But that part isnt.

I made a "stripped down" version of 'Better Pregnancy' that has the only relevant stuff left. Some of sexybastardo other mods have "isModEnabled(sb_BetterPregnancy)" which is why 'Better Pregnancy' is still needed, but not everything.

Disable the Old-Young Module. My game crashes when a woman appears, I turned it off and it didn't crash anymore

Somehow the current build (without mods) seems to work differently for everyone right now.
For example, I have no problems with disappearing hairstyles or clothes.
With a male MC, I can play anything, young or old. Swinger works, dating app, sex within the family and and and.
However, the game still bitches at me when I try to create a female MC. And that's a bug I haven't read from anyone else here, or gotten a response to my message regarding this.

It will stay like that, if you don't like don't use it, you are the only who complain...
I never saw in setting "no gay content"
But I agree that the scene is popping too much (not supposed)
If you are not gay like me, just say to him to take off his hand or when he say "Can we continue", just say no, that's it!
Also the NPC is generated automatically as a male, so he can be asexual, bi, gay, straight or trans.
