A problem - several locations lead to sex scenes behind a wall, behind and object or even inside an object. There is still that BAD bedroom where the camera is behind the wall and even pushing forward the characters are in a bad location - like sunk into a bed. An important update would be fixing spawn/camera locations. Starting with a wall, etc in front is unacceptable.

Check the change log:
"- Known issues since this version is only a beta WIP part of the bigger five-update overhaul: The issues with the player / characters being spawned outside of the rooms / clipping with furniture is just a temporary transitional thing for this Beta 1 update only, with the scene system still being 'visual novel'-esque like 2.19 even though the actual 2d backgrounds have been replaced. I will implement intelligent character spawning and full 3d scenes + free scene camera + daily activity animations in Beta 2, this won't be an issue then. "
As I said in the overhaul overall schedule, these 4 beta versions before 3.0 stable is out will try to be playable but they are betas, they will have WIP stuffs and temporary transitional bugs
If anything v3.0 Beta 1 is a hell a lot more playable than 2.0 Beta 1 last year which was basically just 'here's the new female models, but you can't do anything with them'

There's a get around way to achieve this: go into the Contacts menu (P), find your girl, click on the text ' Girlfriend', untick Dating and then tick Dating again. This will make her a live-in girlfriend.
Yeah, poly/ open relationship in the game is far from complete. I will probably need to dedicate a whole future update to expanding it at some point.

Any update on this Vinfamy? Or a mod somewhere? I'd like to get multiple wives, a harem or something. It's weird to manage submissive women and not try to make them part of a larger home full of women. Some of us have dreams ya know

Use this if you want. From my personal mods, when you meet someone they are automaticaly permanant. This just makes it so if you refuse the exchange contact they are deleted. However if they refuse you they are still in game, It lets you choose who stays in game and who doesnt. Unpack to 'LifePlay\LifePlay\Content\Modules\vin_Base\Scenes\meet_random' Overwrite files. Updating will break this, so if you update and want to keep it, you will have to reinstall it. Not perfect and doesnt block all of them but it keeps the numbers down a bit.

So some people were having difficulty with the whole premise of an open world game and what exactly you are supposed to do, so I quickly made a guide the last few hours of this morning that explains, how the main menu, the creation screen, how to activate or deactivate the various fetishes in game, how to make it so only people you're interested in appear, or those that are interested in you, what the different stats are and what they are for and teaches you how to navigate the map screen via the two basic actions of finding a home and finding work. Complete with pictures. hopefully this helps.

Yeah sorry Forgot about that, I run this from a modded directory that runs after better pregnancy.The only thing it stops is random pregnant people being introduced. I did make a 'BP' compatible version a while ago, but was waiting for the author of bp to come back, so I could get permission to release it. As for making it regular, I will wait and see what Vinfamy does in the next version. I already made a version of this that actualy controls the number of people introduced in game. EG you can set a max number of neighbours etc.

if you have the better pregnancy mod,you can turn off or on the meeting of pregnant woman (go to the computer tap and find better pergnancy settings)

Yes submissive and masochistic are in the game and affect the scenes that occur, Vinfamy uses the word 'Masochistic' rather than dominant. If you have a partner in game yours and their submissive/masochism affects the scenes that can happen. There are already some mods ready to be used and you only have to activate them in game. See the basic guide about 3 posts up from yours.

The colour of all clothes can be changed. BUT, it is important that you don't put on all clothes and then try to change the colour, that doesn't work. It only works if you change the colour of one piece of clothing after another. Then put them all on simultaneously after you are done colouring.

Yes. No. Put in \LifePlay\Content\Modules.

The bad room I meant is a bed/hotel room. This has been the case since I've had the game. It's a light blue color room with a bed, chair and footstool, and desk with a chair. The camera spawns behind the wall and the characters spawn inside the bed up to their legs.

I know, character and camera spawning for all locations will be completely different system in the next version

I also am having the camera issue where it starts you in a scene with a giant wall/tv/thing blocking your view. This wouldn't be an issue if the camera was movable in cut scenes, but it is not.

I already posted a temp fix for the living room scene, Yell where these things are happening and I will do a fix for them untill Vinfamy gets it sorted properly.

What you said is not what I said. Some of the men's clothes are only black. You will know if you try it yourself

Just a heads up dont use NickNo's Mod Installer .. It has ransomware,Also be careful of some mods that you might use as well.

Can you be a little more precise about that "ransomware" thing?
I mean the launcher is completely open source. You can check its code if you like and compilte it on your own.
Only thing it does is download XML and ZIP files from the repo... Maybe some paranoid anti virus reacts on that.
If so: which one are u using?

Bugs found so far:

• NPCs losing their hair.

I didn't initially encounter this until saving, quitting, and quick starting, but after that I got this with multiple NPCs in quick succession. When looking at that NPC in the contacts menu, they initially appear to have the default ToulouseHR hair, selecting another NPC will change that to whatever hair the last properly working NPC had. I don't know if a scene (or some scenes) trigger it, or if it just happened at points and I only noticed the next time a scene with that NPC occurred.​

• Clothes are tribbles.

Worn clothes keep cloning themselves. It appears to happen when scenes undress the PC and then redress them afterwards, leaving the original clothes in their original spot in the list, but appending fresh copies to the end.​

No unofficial mods; playing on Linux. (I have a bunch of mods in the folder, but deselected in the in-game mod menu.)

Open up the contacts menu, select the affected NPC, click on "Edit appearance (cheat)", go to the hair tab, and scroll through the list until you find a replacement.

Sure its either your Mod or the links/and or mods in your mod to download the other mods...Bells and whistle went off on my pc and my Online anti Virus all protection yanked your Mod for further analysis for ramsomware...I will know more when i get the results back...
