It could be phased in with a new update
Well, regardless of how people feel about it (and looking at the reaction, the nicests way to describe it is "mixed", I guess, although I do know there's a few others that appreciate a 'natural' look, and as long as things are optional, everyone should be happy), I think the impact is a lot bigger than people imagine.

Even if they start to grow it out now (that's assuming they trimmed at all instead of being hirsutulous begin with), I'd have to render out bushed and regular versions of every scene where they're naked, do the post processing work twice, add a big layer of complication to the transforms to track the choice and make sure it displays the preference, etc. And then we're not even talking about an option where one grows it out and the other doesn't.
But that's not what I dread most, it's when there's an upskirt and I'd need to make it stick out the sides and/or top but not poke through the fabric like a hedgehog tied in a silk handkerchief. I'm not sure if that's even doable, but I'd be a lot of work for one version of one short shot.

All in all, it's a lot of work for a single, optional fetish, so it's probably not going to happen, I'm sorry to say.

Getting stuff on steam means jumping through a lot of hoops, plus, there's the problem that steam won't let you give the game to someone for a lower price than they charge, and I want this to be publicly available, and have supporting me be optional. Putting it up for free is an option, and even if it doesn't net me anything, at least it's more eyes on it that might make it worth while. But it's not the end of my worries, cause they also don't like the game linking to other platforms and I'd have to strip out all links to patreon and such, at least for the version there, and I'd have to come up with a website and an incentive to lure people there. I just wanna be making a game, not spend time on all that! Urhg, for now, I'm sparing myself the headache of thinking about it too much. :ROFLMAO:

Hmmm, alright man, it was just an idea, you can do it whenever you feel like it (if ever). Thanks for replying.

Anyways I'll keep playing it and looking forward to the next release, since you're doing an amazing job with this gem.

For the pregnancy tag is that just in reference to the coworkers or something that is planned later on?

People ask for pregnancy, are you so easily butthurt over their requests?
The nature of fetishes is that people tend to fixate on them, you can see examples of this in every game thread. - Will this game have "my particular fetish", - This game would be great if it had "insert fetish". This doesn't necessarily mean the fetish/kink is popular, it could just have a very devoted fanbase.

I'm speaking generally here and not about any kink/fetish in particular.

I also think that we as a community should try to curb our enthusiasm when suggesting kinks/fetishes to developers. If everyone got their kink/fetish into a game almost no one would actually enjoy playing it because it would be full of kinks we don't like, it's counterproductive. Also catering to the masses seldom makes for an original game.

Well, I'm not gonna lie. Being a lone dev on a huge project, it can be taxing, especially when people come round yelling at you, and I found myself at the brink of having a tiny emotional breakdown myself. I wanted to have a quick and dirty verification to check if I'm not lagging or faltering, and I'm happy I can conclude that if anything, I'm actually picking up speed.
Don't let the haters get the better of you, the fact that your work gets this much attention is evidence in itself that you're doing it right.

As far as all the negative feedback it's only natural, people can be massive jerks sometimes sitting comfortably in front of their screens criticizing someones else's hard work while never experienced doing it themselves. Especially if you're doing this type of large project solo and not dropping in quality.

Keep up the good work! ;)

I will never understand why people look at the tags, look at the images, look at the synopsis, and then decide to tell a developer how to make their game. Some constructive criticism is expected and, hopefully, welcome but the "this sucks", "the game needs this", or "I hate this" has become tiresome. If the game doesn't appeal people should move on without comment. Unfortunately it seems that is impossible (opinions and assholes situation).

So, in order not to be a "massive jerk", you should only leave comments bubbling with delight and adoration? For example, I like the plot of the game and the temperament of the characters. But they look disgusting to me. Does that mean I'm a "massive jerk"? Do I need to make my own porn game to be eligible to post this comment? Or is character design enough?

The fact is that if someone is engaged in creative activity, then criticism will always accompany him. With no exceptions. There is nothing wrong with that. It is simply a constant piece of art. You have to learn to take it adequately. Getting nothing but praise and declarations of love will not make you any better. I guarantee it.
This has been addressed in this game's thread so many times by now I mean come on people.

The character designs won't change simply because you don't like it that's the devs decision and it's final. So it's not a criticism it's just your personal opinion and nagging the dev about it won't change anything. Are you seriously thinking he will redo all the renders, the whole work he's done by this point just to satisfy you?

You don't like it' it's fine but why not just move on to something that is more to your tastes instead of complaining and unnecessarily burden the devs psyche.

People are selfish by nature, some more than others.
