RPGM Abandoned Lily of the Valley [v2.0] [P and P]

Did not experience that bug and I played a fresh game in v1.4.

Yesterday, after I checked the renders, I thought, if the original Team behind Lily might have sold the game to someone else, who continues it. Why? Because the renders are named in three different languages: English, Italian and in a Slavic language. Maybe they outsourced parts of their render process and coding to a contractor?

Do you know if they have a Discord server now or do they still use Patreon for communication?

both P‘s are Slavic and the other guy is english. idk why Italian though (maybe the translater lives there?)

Can someon edit android instaler ? I cant use old save with 1.4v. 1.3v work fine, it crate save file in org.lilyvalley.the66 but when I instal 1.4v it instal separate progam and dont use old save.

I'm also facing this issue. Game freezes on Android when using v1.2 saves

You Android boys are so incompetent in doing anything... Serious, if you can't handle a simple search function on this forum you shouldn't play on your phones. Problem solved!

Is there a gallery in this game?

Yes but is is only available (in the book shelf behind her bed) AFTER completing all missions all the way through version 1.1. READ walk through in OP - last page shows the gallery function.

Some people reported that they can't visit the west part of the town after they did the castor (maid-) event before they did the club event with Nicole.

Another (minor) issue is in img/character/$Lily naked/Naked. During the shower scene, in the village at the beginning, the game looks for "$Lily naked" and later for "$Lily Naked" (same file).

No they still do not have a discord sever.

I have not been able to reproduce these west map issues. So unless we get saves which can be used to reproduce the bugs it's hard to identify the bug. so saves please...

The "naked image" should be an easy fix - probably went wrong when they compressed the *.pngs.
I'll ask P and P to fix.

Anyone with a saves that shows bugs please post them on this forum...

Who ever they hired as writer he is worth every damn penny. The dialogues are snappy and humorous to the point. NPCs have different character with different humor which makes them unique and not boring at all to interact with.

Great job P&P!

How does the story with Castor, Fred and Lily unfolds on the good wife path? This might be more problematic and P&P have to come up with a better solution for that.

P #1 is the writer - He is very good at it!
P #2 is the artist and coder - also very good!

There is also:
V - is the translator - he translates from ???? to English - I am not sure what languages they write in but I can guess... It's likely Bosnian or Serbian or there abouts, could be Croatian, or Slovenian too... not sure...

There used to be another translator:
K - but she left the team more than a year ago or so - she translated everything up to v0.92 or v1.0 I think.

P #1 should get the credit for the writing, but V has done a very good job finding the right tone and words in English to make the story and dialog pop as intended.

Most conversations are hilariously funny and really clever. You can tell that P #1 is no amateur writer, but probably writes professionally in real life in some company somewhere . You can also tell that P and P have quite a bit of experience of this sort of things because of the way the plan out the over all story and stick to it. P #2 probably works IT somewhere - no amateur either.

Despite my best attempts trying to persuade them to insert some requested scenes here and there they have resisted (so far) and are stubbornly sticking to their original plan They have proven to be impervious to flattery, threats, bribery, etc

The writing is indeed very good. Its coherent, humorous , the characters are very realistic. Most importantly main character is not an airhead (which is common in those games) and characters do not act vastly different between different player choices.

Now i'm trying Fred path and lol this is not what i expected. Tho i think Lily is acting a bit of out of character. I think authors know this as well that is why they added the supernatural factor of hypnosis.

Nah I did not ask for anything extreme like dogs or so. Just more of the same that they are already doing. They had already told me they have a script and that they are not going to deviate from that, so I though the only they could possible agree to would be more variations to what they are already doing with Fred, Nick, Library boy Jack, John etc. Dogs is a hell no, never if I correctly remember P and P's response to someone's request from a long while back.

And honestly, joke aside, that's a good thing. They shouldn't let people like me influence them, risking to derail the whole project . It so easy for someone like me (and the rest of us) to have opinions about what they are doing without having the overview or insights into what they're trying to do. Yeah that's how crowed sourcing work (Patreon is basically crowed sourcing). You support and the creator and the creator creates. What the creator creates and shares with the Patrons, some how, has to be valuable enough for the patrons to continue to fund the creator. I think P and P are worth supporting because they do good stuff and I can live with the down sides (I mean I have a life so...)

And No the script is a tightly kept secret - i think only P and P knows... And plans is something they just feed you bit by bit so they do not spoil the story.

One thing though, in their latest post they mentioned that:

"In 2020 we will launch something very special, something we've been secretly working on and preparing for a long time now."
Now that is intriguing...

I think that P&P's content (and the rest of the team e.g. A B C)I would happily support. There content are great, like OMfuckingG great.
(Only downside are the long wait, but there game/content are very good)
What I wonder is, how many updates can we expect before an end in Lily's story? I Just love the game so much and it would be a tearful moment when it is completed. But I think that is many updates away with now the help from Fred and we have only just begun working for castor etc. Even though my fave char is Fred (except for Lily of course) I want to see a bit more of the other characters now, it is a long time since we last saw them. (and a bit longer updates aswell)

I don't have a clue on what the next "special" thing could be. But I really don't hope it is a new game because then I think it would just take even long with each update to Lily.

yes. Talked with them and that’s the main reason some quality of LotV scene suffered a bit or got delayed.
