I understand your point of view, but mine was a suggestion more to expand on what has already been built. For example, sister Agnes's story arc could be seen like a 'side quest' and it's a bit of a shame that we don't get to see more of them. Since we've the ability to 'freeze time' and delay the arrival of the princess past day 50, there would be room to add many more little spicy quests like this one. What, a remaster a year after the game was done?
Also, oh god no! The last thing I want to do after working on this game for 5 years is to do it all over again with a remaster. And then it would get outdated before the remaster is done anyway.
As for a sequel, that's not happening. I never intended or wanted for this story to be a franchise. It's a one-and-done story, for which we should be thankful. Nothing creative is made without setting it up for franchising these days, so we should appreciate it better whenever a creative work that is meant to stand alone on its own merits is created. It's a rarity, after all.
I didn't realize it has been already five years spent on the project. It seems yesterday I saw on another forum the announcement that you were working on this game, but I never got to try if till a couple of weeks ago for the first time. Sure, times flies!
At any rate, congratulations for having created such a nice gem of a game. I'll take a look at what you're developing now... I'm thinking about dropping a couple of subs from authors that are really taking too long between updates and, as such, I'm browsing around looking for some other promising projects to support.
