So, two things:
1. During the Evelyn library blowjob there is a charisma check. I reduced my charisma to 1, and even 0, using console commands just to see what the alternative dialogue would be, and there wasn't any. Is it not implemented yet, or is it an accident?
2. While going through the game from scratch for 0.24, I deleted all my saves for a fresh start and now Callie refuses to give me her panties no matter what. I don't know if I'm missing something, but I don't remember it being this hard before it became a necessary item for progression. I've done all her fashion shows at least once, maxed out her bisexuality. Can anyone throw me a bone?
Also, this was my speed run. I'm currently at day 38 and I've done everything except courage lvl 4, sleeping with Callie, threesome with Evelyn and Callie (I'm trying to get all romance routes), and jerking off on the lady by the lake. I might have done better had I remembered Callie's bisexuality training takes so many afternoons.

There is only a charisma check in that scene if Primrose says that she loves you. There is no check otherwise.
You can get locked out of getting Callie's panties through dialogue if she thinks you're a pervert or dishonest. In that case, you'll have to use other means to get at them.

I know, but the point I'm trying to make is that when there is a check, there is no way to fail it. No matter how high or how low your charisma is, it will always end with a successful charisma check. Is that an accident or intentional?

If you're using console commands to modify the game and something doesn't work properly afterward, odds are you're using the console wrong. In this case, I assume you're directly modifying charisma. That's not what the game checks. It uses your effective charisma, which is a different variable.
It's not really productive for me to help other people debug my code through console commands. Some of the underlying code is somewhat obscure and not designed to be easily understood by others.

after cumming inside Callie after she told MC not to and she gets mad, I thought she'd refuse anymore sex with MC (just to see what happened I saved before I selected Cum Inside and Callie did get mad but she didn't refuse sex the day when asking)
I'll probably implement that behavior later. I considered it in this version but was so sick of writing that scene that I just had to move on for the time being.

I feel a little bad "forcing" Callie to go bi instead of lesbian. I know you get a mind "bending" early and that's already shady but in all other cases (Evelyn, Prim...) it seems like they already want the MC enough they're just not ready to make the jump yet.
Not saying Callie doesn't feel that way but I can't really tell. "lemme rewrite your sexual orientation" is a bit too "topical". A bit too, alt right ish.

When pregnancy gets added into the game (if it does before game completion), I don't think the MC charisma skill (even when maxed out) will ever be high enough where if the MC impregnates multiple girls that he'll be able to calm every girl (if they find out about each others relationship with the MC)....would every girl MC impregnates find out about the MC knocking them up and get mad at him forcing the MC to leave town ending in 'Game Over', or would the girls find out and be mad refusing to forgive the MC (Evelyn would forgive tho), or would the girls never find out about each other?

Would you mind posting a walkthrough because current walkthrough seems to veer of the very 1st time I visit the river it says River accept on walkthrough but the 1st time I go there I dont have an option to accept I just go there watch girl take a bath then she disappears but I dont look for her only have option yo leave but walkthrough says accept meaning handjob from fairy but that does not appear in my playthrough until I visit river the 2nd time and also on day 23 or something walkthrough says town hall talk to camille and the search the area but I dont get that option so I backed out went to Samara tent and saw it says search the area but so I tried to search but I get a message saying that option us not available in this version my version is 2.40 so I came online saw theres a 2.41 downloaded to see maybe if theres a bug testing now to see what happens. Sorry, i am not a walkthrough writing kinda person because i don't find it fun. This particular playthrough that i counted the days for was for .23. Things change every update and walkthoughs aren't really helpful for this game given the many choices you can make for each character. What i can tell you, always read everything, especially everything Belle tells you in the game, and you will know what to do to make the choices you want to make for each character. Reading comprehension is very important for this game. Things like the search of Samara's tent aren't in the game yet. The walkthough is very misleading don't follow it. Play the game and save at every choice and you will find the right path for you. The .24.1 update is just for Callie because of a mistake where you could have sex with her before turning her fully bisexual.
