Dev changed the basic hud of the game, no idea about hotkeys since i never bothered with quicksave and quickload.
You can just right click or press ESC to acess the menu and save normally.

For Nell's Fairy Queen scene, can't seem to get it working. Followed the 0.31 walkthrough to the letter and had no problems before. When I go to her, the "Sex" option is available, she just outright refuses to do it. Not sure what the problem is, any ideas?

Truth be told you don't really need the walkthrough to progress in this game if you pay attention to the dialogue. I found it more likely to hinder my play style than help.

I dont think LltP wil go down the acting lessesons path, but it would certainly increase the replayvalue for the newgame+
