Yes, actually i didn't pay much attention to the clothes until recently, however, at the absorption ending, what you believe who happened to Belle being on the shoulder of the MC when he absorbed so much energy from the Demon, even if in theory it "is demoniac magic", that quantity and also managing to erase the minds of Nell and Thorn, i belive who she is killed in that end however she disapear without being mentioned anymore

For the romanceable characters you can save all of them (good ending), however some of them have specific requirements in order to keep them alive (such as the Fairy Queen). In general, as long as you discover all of their secrets and build up relationships, all of the characters (aside from the Fairy King) will live.

NTR is you stealing a guy's wife, as far as I know (haven't done NG+ yet). The guy's an absolute cunt anyway, so no guilt here.
Also you might be the one getting NTR'd if you let the sister and the visiting guy having a fling ? But you can put a stop to it.
Incest is with the big sister. Takes a long time to get it running though, as you have a lot of convincing to do, and it's not mandatory anyway.
There is two mandatory incest relationships, but not between your character and someone else. One is between two character that are mentionned but dead (a man and a woman), and the other is between to very important characters and a central plot point of the story (two women).
