The threesome with Callie: the final scene is when Callie wants to take it past casual sex to romance. You need to have told her it's more than just sex the first time you got her to have sex with you. I am not sure what else is required, but it's some combination of: spending more afternoons with Callie in the shop, going to Callie for more threesomes, and possibly waiting a few days after you've hit the required number of either or both of those. Also make sure you've talked to her. Sometimes she needs to talk to the main character about the first threesome before things can advance.
Primrose: she won't ask the MC to become her boyfriend unless he's cleared her name before the 7 day deadline. If that's been done, then it depends on how much she likes the MC. You need to have read the book that she's also read, and you need to have worked in the library and read with her in the library enough times. If you spend the first week working in the library in the mornings, and then read the smutty books with her in the reading room, that's usually enough times.
I have seen indications in one of the walkthroughs that acting pervy towards her on day 1, and asking for her underpants before she's ready to give them, can hurt her opinion of the MC, requiring you to spend more time in the library than otherwise.
And, of course, you need to have accepted her invitation to come to the library at night and said yes, let's become a couple when she asks.
If the final threesome scene is when she decides to make it serious, would that mean you need to not be on the Callie romance path (with the picnic scene)? because I'm pretty sure I've done everything else you mention: talked to her about the threesome, had more threesomes, waited a while, etc. Unless you need like 5+ threesomes and wait more than a full week.
I've also seen the walkthrough before, so I avoided dialogue options that would displease her, and also cleared her before the 7-day period. I guess I just didn't read with her enough times.

If you have been on a picnic with callie, I think that precludes becoming a romantic threesome. I could be wrong.
Primrose: I don't know how many times you have to read with her. I usually just save the porn books for reading with her in the afternoons (so six times plus the mage book), and that has always worked.

0.39.x added the rest of the Fairy Queen's content. Her story is done, as far as I know.

I dunno man, i dont think i trust the subscribestar enough to use it, it seems a bit shady or unsafe. I never heard of it before
It's been around for quite a while now. Patreon has a history of banning people off it's platform for ridiculous reasons and trying to censor content creators are making even to the point of demanding access to their private archives to make sure it's users aren't doing anything Patreon disapproves of even if it's not something associated with their work on Patreon. They're the entire reason why so many games here need patches to restore content. IMO, Patreon is way more shady than Subscribestar.
I've never had any issues with safety when it comes to SubscribeStar. The only downsides to using them, that I've spotted, are that you can't use PayPal and that their Discord integration is a little unpredictable.
If you switch to SubscribeStar, let me know and I'll refund you on Patreon.

I have been using Substar for more than a year for anywhere from 1 to 13 developers and the only issue I had is that when I changed my billing they reached out to ask why which seemed like a safety measure more than a nuisance.
They do not take Paypal but other than that I am satisfied. They do take (for the US anyway) prepaid credit cards so you can be anonymous.
