Changes Evelyn from your friend that you live with to your sister in the Patreon version of the game.
It removes incest (it makes Evelyn your friend instead of sister) from the SubscribeStar version, effectively making it like the Patreon version.
How about writing this on the first post somewhere? This question gets asked again and again. Understandably, because it's honestly confusing. Or maybe at least name the patch "Evelyn no incest patch"?

A search feature is so fundamental to navigating the internet that a lack of understanding about it should negate your access to the internet in any way. I can forgive spelling and grammar or accidental posts in another language they forget to translate as those are not integral to electronic device usage in a way that using search is.

The Patreon version of the game cut the incest from the game.

Without sounding like a dick, it says on the OP that the version you download is the Subscribstar version. Then the Evelyn Patch makes it like the Patreon version. I, too, misunderstood, as it isn't clarified. I thought that the Evelyn Patch was a bugfix. So I DL'd it. Then I found out by someone else asking that it was not that.

no incest patch for patreon version at all and if dl'd subs version and doesn't like incest then patch is needed.
it is there for those who don't have unlimited bandwith to dl patreon too besides subs version.
check that wt which is posted somewhere, it is good to figure answers to things like that (besides demon, that's trial and error).

Anyone got a completed save so i can go into ng+ instantly. Ive played through since 0.35 but ive not got the saves anymore. It's quite a lot of work of playing this game all over again.
