Me neither, but the question came up elsewhere, so I thought I'd ask.
Question some scenes in the game seems locked behinds perversity 6.
However it seems like i can´t get past perversity 5.
Has Perversity 6 not been implemented yet or is there a way to unlock it??

This is explained by the game early on: you get a +1 bonus to perversity after not having an orgasm the previous day. The bonus lasts until you orgasm.
In New Game +, you can pay 1 coin to Sister Agnes to get the bonus without any waiting.
Really liking the way this game plays but I got kind of stuck on invading the
mind, missing the
clue. any pointers?

Go to the Leanan again till Belle saves you (the fairy not the dev.) then try again to invade crones mind, did you go to the riverbank twice ? ( you can allways look into glaurung guide or Nishkas wt)

Revealing the Crone's secret requires several seemingly unrelated clues you find sprinkled throughout the game. As far as the one you're asking about, you must have visited the Leanan Sidhe three times before you can reveal the Crone's secret. (Your third visit happens automatically shortly after you recover from your second visit, and it ends with a confrontation between the Crone and the Leanan Sidhe. You get a clue during that confrontation).
My excited congratulations to the team, it's the first time I've seen an impeccable Portuguese translation!!

Once you adjust the riddle, you need to give two clues about Nell. I only see one Nell-related clue in the screenshots you attached.
You need to have solved Nell's small secret, and you need to have heard the story of how Samarra adopted Nell. With Samarra, you have to "talk about samarra" repeatedly - each time she tells you another bit of her story, and the clue about Nell is in the very last bit. If she says she doesn't trust you enough to tell you the next bit, you need to do something to impress her on the training grounds. Pay attention to Samarra's story, and the adjustments you need to make to the riddle become quite obvious.
