The noses are what the Koikatsu game engine generates for the figures by default as part of the anime look. I'm already a bit of a maverick by putting lips on my characters. It never occurred to me to try to put more realistic noses on them.
Sorry, I hadn't meant to offer the criticism so bluntly, hence why I edited it back out. I'm not super used to the engine, so it might just require some acclimation on my part. I like how the various girls have their own theme songs, it really adds some nice flavor to their scenes.

Yes, there's a studio application included with Koikatsu where you can pose the characters you create into pre-rendered 3d maps. There are also various objects you can use to make your own 3d maps. The school you see used in LLD is an often used series of pre-rendered 3d maps, which is why the MC was getting a feeling of déjà vu when he saw it for the first time. If you play a lot of Koikatsu-based games here on F95 Zone, you will see them again and again because Koikatsu is based in a school and many time-strapped developers like me don't want to take the huge amount time it would take to make their own school setting.

The MC's house is a series of rooms I made myself and then I placed pre-rendered 3d furniture within the house. The exception is the mother's room, which was also pre-rendered with some additions I made. It's a lot of fun if you enjoy this sort of thing.

Yeah, it's perfect for those who can't draw. It just takes practice to use the studio tools, but there are YouTube videos out there that will help you.
