Dang it! We don't get to go shopping at Jizz Fashion until September, but Betsy's dress is tattered and torn and she needs a new one before then. Perhaps we should just rip the dress off her and toss it in the trash and get her to go naked? That way you can complete the update without going shopping and it could be completed by mid August.

After seeing Milfy City release a paltry update after almost 2 years of no updates (and getting patreon bucks during that time) I would like to say that I appreciate all of your transparency with this project.
Though I would love to see your workflow increased therefore faster updates, you have put out more content in one year than they have since the inception of their game (2018).
I can only thank you for a good story that tickles a niche in philosophy and porn. Keep up the good work and please finish your project at your pace.

That last one star review sort of took the wind out this VN's sails and seemingly discouraged a lot of people from trying the game. Perhaps that was the intent, as that reviewer Sesinho has blocked any contact with him/her. That seems cowardly to me and leads me to believe that he/she (who am I kidding?!...it's a "he") was just shitting on the game just to shit on it.
But this game is not meant for that sort of person. It's meant for those who, like me, are interested in how spirituality and sexuality are related. It also examines how religion has pretty much fucked up sexuality by trying to make it dirty and shameful. I was raised as a Catholic and am still struggling to get past all that bullshit myself.
My view of our creator is that God is nothing but unconditional love and that all these rules surrounding sexuality are 100% manmade. Developing a VN that flouts those rules by portraying even full-blown family incest as acceptable and loving pleases me greatly.
So even though I'm slowing the pace of this game's development down so I can better take care of my family, I will do my best to make sure it is completed.

Ignore the trolls and haters, you know there’s a bunch of us who has followed this/you from the start and really appreciate what you do. EVERY game, gets a few unpleasant reviews, that’s totally inevitable. I see one-star reviews on games that I love as a shortcut to my block list, saves a lot of time.

Tawny Fairquim Frolics here I just got use to the art style of LLD and here you go and start the plans to change to a new art style. Are you planning on doing the remaster after you get to a stopping point or just jump into the remaster with the new style after this update?
Didnt mind H-S before.. but havnt seen alot of H-S 2 yet.. but.. DAAAAMMMNNN.. as much of a pain it would be to "remaster".. id be worth it. But. just to even break from here and use the new stuff.. while having a visual break in any series can be rough at times.. id think it would be worth it here. Either way.. Great eye there Tawny.

There are no plans to remaster LLD to Honey Select 2. This was just for fun.
I don't like either of the Honey Select versions because the lack of a robust character maker for the face makes it so that all the models look alike in every game that uses them. This is made worse by the lack of good expressions for the mouth available in StudioNEO. Koikatu has these same issues but it's not as noticeable with the anime style.
So this was just a one and done unless y'all want me to do more of them for the fun of it.

Theres plenty of games on the site using H-S 1 that still mange to pull off at least some uniqueness. (at least that I know of.. as i said.. havnt been too observant what was 1 vs 2), where ..yea.. while you can see some varies face parts/shapes as similar, its kind of the same issue with Koikatu, you just "recognize the style". I know.. H-S is mod-able.. so you could technically get diff face morphs/etc into to.. just no idea how much of a hassle that would be.
I wouldnt mind seeing more in the future, and like i said, wouldnt mind LLD switching even mid story if you went that route.
I know you are going to try and use daz in the future.. but i wouldnt count H-S 2 out. You effectively have to add additional content/mods to both systems to make them worth using really.. so.. whatever is easier and/or you end up liking the visuals more.

Have to say, just found this gem and absolutely love it. Definitely hits all the check boxes for me, I love the idea of the spirituality and religion thing in the game, definitely so far have taken every blue and green choice. Can't wait to see the conclusion. Did some catching up on posts to see you are cutting back on development to take care of your family, which is totally understandable. While it sucks to see it slowed down as I love the story and want more of it, family comes first.
Couple of questions for you, how many chapters do you think you would have once completed?
I absolutely want to see this finished and read the story as it is so amazing.
Along with that, I know for a long time once Patreon changed its terms of service change, that a lot of people were given the short end of the stick with the banning of incest, and other kinks; which if we are being fair and honest never made sense for me especially seeing as main stream media is even showing incest in some major shows, cough cough game of thrones cough cough. I mean if patreon was worried anyone including children could access those pages, then what was the point of the click here if you are 18 or older, seems arbitrary. (stepping off my soap box before I get more frustrated with it)
My other question is, have you considered setting up a Subscribestar.adult for this project?
It seems like their site is a lot more open about it now, and some projects I thought were doomed have found revival there. I would love to see one there so I could support your development more on this, as I think it is an awesome project.

The upcoming game will be on Subscribestar for sure. I have no wish to deal with the policies of Patreon that are apparently set in place by uptight old pink white men who are secretly still carrying a torch for their mommies. I mean that's okay if they are, but why foist your insecurities upon everyone else?
I'm not going to predict when this game will end and put myself in a box. I know how it will end, but I'm making up the journey to get there as I go along, so who knows?!
